Very friendly staff

Place is quiet and the staff is helpful. Close to airport

Just needed a place to crash for the night ahead of an early morning departure. I’ve stayed there twice previously. Clean, quiet and comfortable. Shower was really nice too.

Everything was perfect

The first room given was not serviced. Second room air condition did not work. We had to use a fan. Request for an iron never received. what worked, convience to airport and transport.

The person working at the front desk was not nice. Needs a better attitude

I booked for 3 people and checkin in they charged me the third person (my son)

TV service did not work during my stay.

Overall the property was very good so they get the highest marks. I do wish they had black tea for the morning instead of only herbal.

We missed our connecting flight and was unable to check in that night. We showed up at 8am the next day and they let us have the room until 1pm. They went above and beyond for us

Check in took forever Cleaning lady opened our room door knowing people was inside. Breakfast was terrible the only good thing at breakfast was the fruit.

It is a basic hotel very close to the airport (1/2 mile). Every thing was good but the air conditioning. It didn't cool the room. In this area of the city the temperature during the day could be 33 Celsius and at night 25 Celsius. The room was at those 25 or more. The airconditioning was blowing basically hot air. It didn't cool at all. I was at the hotel yesterday, Dic 10. I got room 517
