We stay for 4 noghts ..... 2 of those nights they were no hot water and we could not take a shower...... with all respect, idk why this hotel has high rate, its nothing really special about this hotel. The price should be less for "very average" service. I would love to share a picture of a view from my room (it would traumatized you), but inside of the hotel is better

Well designed and space efficient. I appreciate that drinking water and coffee was available all the time. Breakfast is simple and it's good enough to get your day started. The bell person who helped my luggage upon check in recommended me city tours and I'm glad that I joined !!! The tour to Teotihuacan had an amazing value and the guide was the best !!

The property was clean, friendly staff, close to everything. Good value for money. The hot water stopped a couple times in the bathroom but one call to the front desk fixed it.

I was a great place to stay, my husband and I enjoyed our trip! We will come back 😊

Near the city center

Very good location near Zocalo and on Historic Center, good rooms, many amenities. Good restaurant. Great breakfast. Good service.

I booked this hotel because I thought my experience was going to be better than at Kali ciudadela but I was wrong. The rooms were smaller and we couldn’t find cold water anywhere. I asked for ice and I was ignored twice.

By the end of the trip , we had over 9 Bed Bug Bites & I used to work at a hotel so I know what they look like. Staff were very kind and helpful during the stay but the unfortunate events in room 313 with the whole bed but situation was obviously a huge thing.

The breakfast was good . Good tea selection , the kitchen people were friendly . Very clean the cleaners did a really good job keeping the room clean .

It seems that it has been recently remodeled. Very comfortable and clean. Location is very convenient close to downtown but quiet. I would stay there again if I need to.

Great hotel, the room was nice, the staff attentive and cordial, close to restaurants and some of the common places. The breakfast was great as well. The only issue was related to the WiFi connection, having poor connection at times.

Hotel is very clean. Water supply excellent. Free breakfast very good.VIP complimentary drinks very good. All staff very friendly and respectful. Hotel area is safe and walking distance to Zocalo, National Museum, Grand Hotel, National Cathedral, Templo Mayor, Bella’s Artes, and all the beautiful sights of Mexico City.

Hotel itself was great. Amazing service. Our initial room was infested with ants and went to the front desk who was able to move us into an ant-free room immediately.

Very poor internet service, staff was not helpful when raising issues.

Quiet and clean. Very friendly and accommodating reception. A couple of blocks from activities, transportation and dinning. Very few people on street around hotel so not sure if it is safe walking around at night.
