Spacious room , warm water in pool, and lovely jacuzzi outside

Amazing hotel in the mountains !

Nice staff, very clean. AC could be stronger. Some things don't work so well such as the AC control unit (might be a French product as Golden Tulip is a French chain - so no need to wonder). Amazing breakfast and restaurant

Hotel jest całkiem nowy. Ale niestety nie dopracowany i nie doregulowane urządzenia.

Hotel very nice, new And fresh but missing a lot od typical 4 star features i.e. no bar/pub space where you could have a drink, no room service no Access to coffee nor tea as there is no kettle on the room And no bar available. Restaurant Open only till 22:00 but you'll cant order after 21:00. Swimming pool And gym Open only till 8pm. There is a noise of construction you Can hear it everyday From 6am. Seems the hotel still is in construction. You Can smell the restaurant in bathroom. It will possibly be 4 star hotel but its is not right now. During check out. I was asked to pay for room but this was done by expedia And I almost paid twice they should see this in hotel system.

Caly pobyt przebiegł spokojnie

Czysty, ciepły i cichy pokój, tego właśnie potrzebowałem :) Jest także całkiem przyjemny basen z ciepłą wodą, podwodnymi masażami i biczami wodnymi, w którym można się zrelaksować :) Bardzo uprzejme i pomocne osoby na recepcji podczas popołudniowej i nocnej zmiany. Nad ranem troszkę tak służbowa obsługa na recepcji.

Jak zwykle super obsługa, czyściutko, smaczne jedzenie - super hotel.

Udany pobyt na weekend pomimo obostrzeń covid.

Hotel bardzo czysty jedyna wada jest brak zasięgu w telefonach plus

Obsługa na wysokim poziomie, zarówno w hotelu jak i w restauracji.

Swietna lokalizacja, dobre sniadanie i piekne pokoje (junior suite). Zdecydowanie polecam dla rodzin. Niezle wrazenie robi lazienka, bardzo duzych rozmiarow jak na hotel.

Riktigt trevligt hotell

Alltså, polackerna tycker ju att lyx och spa är som detta hotell. Men jämfört med ett svenskt tänk så saknar ju detta hotellet massor! Mysfaktor, stämning osv. Man kan inte köra hetsig europop vid frukostbuffén på ett så kallat spahotell! Men visst nytt och fint är det samt skön skog runt om...

Ett fantastisk sted å arrangere et bryllup! Hotellet ligger flott til i naturskjønne omgivelser, og festlokalet, hvor bryllupet var, ligger rett ved siden av. En uforglemmelig opplevelse. Hotellet ligger en 2-timers kjøretur unna Krakow.
