Good staff, nice restaurant open 24 hours, good gym and sauna. but near this area are not good to walk in the night, many traffic, a little noise

I was pleasantly surprised by the jacuzzi and sauna in the room but totally turned off by the fact that the filter in the jacuzzi seemed like it hadn't been cleaned in ages. It also needed to be drained manually by staff which was a nuisance. If you're staying here, bring your own shampoo and conditioner, my bleached hair will never forgive me for washing it with the shampoo provided (no conditioner available). Food was good and room service was timely. The area is kind of inconvenient as the street is very crowded and narrow (lots of public transportation buses around). Short uber ride to shopping mall, so that was a savior. No convenience stores close either. Overall stay was ok for what we paid.

My room had a jacuzzi and sauna

Very nice property. Elevator was very small and closed too fast. No fridge or microwave. But other than that, good.

No servía el aire acondicionado

No recomiendo este hotel a nadie. Pase una noche en este lugar sin aire acondicionado, la habitación tampoco tenia toallas, tampoco control remoto para la televisión. El teléfono de la habitación tampoco funcionaba y las paredes de la habitación se caía la pintura. Pedi un cambio de habitación y me dijeron que no tenían otra y la mañana siguiente pedi reembolso y me prometieron con carta firmada que lo recibiera y dos meses después no he visto ni un peso o dólar para atrás en mi cuenta.
