Great place to stay as handy to motorway, shopping and dining. Only negative was ridiculously uncomfortable lounge furniture in our view.

NO Restaurant, NO Room Service when you book a Penthouse you expect these services. We also got a warning for our car to be towed away from a parking spot we paid for and were directed too by your staff.

The air-conditioning, once set to 16C will automatically go up to 18C, making the room quite warm.

really nice room for one night - bed was comfortable! the all day sun did make the room really warm the positioning of the aircon was a little awkward where it faced a wall haha

Excellent 3 bedroom apartment which is hard to find in central Auckland. Close to Newmarket and quick Uber rides to other central spots. A bit of motorway noise but not bad enough to keep you awake at night.

Great location walking distance to Westfield with many dining options and easy access to motorway for business meetings. Rooms are always nice comfortable and clean. Only annoying was $30 to park your car outside in an open area that everyone has access to.

Close to shopping and dining but also right next to motorway. Parking available.

Staff was fantastic. Very, very helpful.

:-) The hotel was quiet in the evenings so that I could easily get some sleep. The building and contents appeared to be quite new, and in very good condition. The hotel was very clean throughout. :-( The hotel did not have a dining room for breakfast or dinner.

I was impressed by the Welcome that we received from Luke who checked us in. Warm and friendly and ensured that we had everything we needed during our stay. Im sorry I didn't take note of the woman that checked is out but she was also really obliging and helpful. You can tell a lot about a Companies culture from their people. Well done Ramada! We will definitely return!
