Absolutely loved the property. A delightful getaway. We really emjoyed the cows visiting us and great bird watching. The bunkhouse was quaint and lovely and the beds were comfortable. My partner especially loved the shotgun lamp. The floor of the shower, refrigerator really needs a good bleaching/scrubbing and the kitchen sink faucet handle had a bit of a leak that we informed them of. But the AC worked really well! Will definitely be back!

We very much enjoyed our stay at Snow Goose Lodge. The lodge was cozy and perfect for a quick, overnight stay. The staff was quick to respond to our questions and the scenery was so peaceful! Wish we had more time to stay here and soak it all in. Would definitely stay here again!

We stayed in the Bunkhouse for two nights and it was very nice and cozy. Even though it was very windy outside, our room was nice and quiet (no windows or doors rattling). There is a queen bed and a twin bed, so enough for three people. Lighting is kind of dark unless you keep the shades open. Although we didn’t meet the owners in person, communication was good and they reached out with how to access the property as well as the door code. We also enjoyed the recommendation for Immigration Ales in nearby Courtland, which we highly recommend. My only concern was cleanliness because I picked up several dead bugs off of the bathroom floor. Because the weather turned cold and windy, we didn’t get t enjoy as much time outdoors as we would have liked. Otherwise, if you’re in the area and want to get away for a nice, quiet, cozy retreat, we recommend the Snow Goose Lodge!

Beautiful property and incredible hosts! Retreat setting, comfortable and inviting accommodations, and lots of views for photos. The communication from the hosts was A and they went out of their way to make sure we were taken care off. Wouldn’t hesitate to visit again!

The setting for this property is truly amazing. It is so quiet and peaceful. A nearby lake with a cool breeze and the birds singing in the morning was very unique. The owner/manager was very helpful and responded to every inquiry quickly. Will definitely stay there again.

Some directions or a map included on the info/welcome letter of where your unit is as it was raining and dark when we arrived and couldn’t see the posted sign of where to go.

We stayed in the bunk house and it is perfect for a couple and perhaps a kid as well. It is extremely quiet and refreshing experience and a nice break away from the usual hotel rooms. Driving across the covered bridge was an unexpected treat and I would recommend this location to anyone

We love to try unique places and this one is the best place we have ever stayed. From entering the property through the covered bridge with a clock tower to the state of the art workout room equipped with a tonal. Don't let the description of "studio" room sway you. It has a queen and a twin bed, a glider, a rocker. a small table along with small fridge, and microwave. It was beautifully appointed, and the views were simply amazing. The cabin with four bedrooms and large communal area with kitchen is perfect for a family reunion/get-together. Mike the owner is delightful and gave us a tour of the whole place. We will definitely return.
