Very nice luxury hotel, on the outskirts of the main town of the island. Very good breakfast and amazing rooms. The service should be improved tough, especially for what concern the beach and umbrella availability on high season.

We had an amazing week's stay at Theros. The hotel is very nice, with great options for breakfast, lunch and especially dinner. Everything was very clean and worked well. The hotel organised airport transports for us, as well as transports for a dinner further away from Kos, which was great. They also helped us to rent a car for a day. The hotel is a 15-20 minute walk from Kos Town which might seem like a negative, however the beach walk there is very nice and is filled with beach clubs, bar, restaurants and the like. Overall, we had a great trip and would gladly return.

Overall very good hotel! Very limited near by for dining or evening entertainment and limited transport unless pre booked but a half an hour walk will get you into Kos town.

We absolutely loved staying at Theros. The staff were brilliant, really friendly and always happy to help book things and offer recommendations. The hotel itself is beautiful and in a really great location. The breakfast buffet fantastic too and the rooms were very nice (hot tub / jacuzzi was a great addition). The private beach gives you an amazing view of the sunrise if you can get up early enough for it! Will highly recommend and would definitely go back!

Great hotel for rooms and pool. Front desk are great. Rest of staff are mediocre. Feel bad for saying it because we’ve had a lovely time but they aren’t the best.

Such a beautiful property & amazing staff. The grounds were perfect and so well thought out. Decor was 10/10. It was quiet, peaceful and tranquil - even at max capacity. Would definitely stay again.

A very underwhelming experience overall, primarily due to the service. Throughout our stay things appeared unorganised and slow; for example needing to chase for our luggage to be collected 45 minutes after asking, needing to call waiters over to the lunch table despite being the only table and waiting for over 10 minutes and a similar experience at breakfast (also waiting over 20 minutes for our coffee to arrive). It’s a beautiful hotel, but the staff service just didn’t match 5-star and similarly the towels were unclean (strongly smelling of damp). A shame given how amazing the aesthetics are…

This was our second stay at Theros Hotel, and we were once again impressed by the experience. In just six months, the hotel has doubled in size, yet the exceptional quality of service, amenities, and overall atmosphere remains unchanged. If you’re looking for a place to unwind and soak up the Mediterranean sun, Theros is the ideal destination. The warm welcome we received made us feel like we were returning home. The week we spent here was pure relaxation, enjoying our room, the pool, and dining out in the evenings. This time, we chose a garden terrace room, and it might just be the best in the hotel. The room is incredibly spacious, private, and offers perfect sunlight on the terrace throughout the day. We also visited the spa and had a fantastic experience with the 90-minute deep tissue massage from Maggie. It left us feeling refreshed and deeply relaxed. Theros’ breakfast is one of my favorites and the perfect way to start the day. The variety is extensive, and with it included in the stay, it’s a real winner. Even though KOS Town is only a 20-minute walk away, having such a diverse breakfast selection makes it easy to enjoy your mornings without ever getting bored, even during a longer stay. The hotel now has two large pools, and even during peak season, the second pool stands out. It’s spacious, serene, and never feels crowded. As an adults-only hotel, Theros maintains a tranquil atmosphere that’s perfect for unwinding. A big thank you to the entire Theros team!

We had a great room with our private pool which was amazing. It was super quiet and the whole area is not super busy at the moment which was nice. The design and staff is amazing. It wasn't cheap but everything seems to be of really high quality.

Incredible stay. Beautiful design that really brings the outside-in - the light, the air, even the ingredients for the menu from the garden. The service is impeccable, superbly attentive, friendly and personable without being overbearing.

Among so many incredibly positive words to describe our experience, OUTSTANDING comes to mind. We travel a lot and stay in many 5 star hotels - I would give Theros 10 stars for their superior service, attention to detail, beauty, friendliness- we can’t say enough positive and amazing things about Theros. The multiple pools are enormous and gorgeous. The room was a junior suite poolside (#907 - perfect location) and was outfitted in relaxed luxury linens, an enormous shower. Bed linens so crisp with cozy linen throws. Everything about this beautiful hotel screams “attention to detail” also in its design architecturally and its decor every where your eyes rested is stunning. We spent a week on Kos and most of it inside the resortt. The owners/managers/staff felt like family by the end of our trip. We can’t wait to come back to this absolutely beautiful property. Tolles Design, super Frühstück und ein in wirklich allen Bereichen außergewöhnlich zuvorkommendes Team, machen das Theros Hotel zu einem sehr besonderen Ort. Als Gast hat man hier zu jeder Zeit das Gefühl wie ein Freund willkommen zu sein. Auch die Lage des Hotels ist top - man hat seine Ruhe und ist innerhalb kürzester Zeit mitten im Leben von Kos Town, wo man eine große Auswahl an netten Restaurants und Bars findet. Our special thanks goes to Vlad, Fiona, Etsy, the hotel manager and finaly to the owner family Katharina and her daughter - it was a pleasure to meet you, we hope to see you again!

the hotel is well designed, each detail is with design aspect and the rooms ( we had the private pool suite) are clean, looks great with super chic design and comfort, the hotel main pools are also cool with quite atmosphere and the management is doing all they can to make your stay there as good as possible
