This hotel is a hidden gem. The owners are very nice and very attentive. The views from the restaurant are very beautiful. Sitting on the deck and enjoying the waterfront was an unexpected bonus.

Wonderful hosts/owners of the property, a beautiful and peaceful oceanfront setting very close to the ferry line, super cozy and modernized rooms with water view, nice breakfast before departing in the morning. We will be back and will promote this beautiful spot for sure!

Extremly friendly, very nice rooms, amazing view

What a delight this place was. Large apartment with semi-seperate bedrooms, comfy lounge and spacious bathroom, nice patio with fjord-side views, and good cafe/restaurant on site. Host and staff were friendly and welcoming, dinner was amazing and breakfast was good if modest in range of choice. Easy on-site parking

This hotel was great. It was beautiful and clean. The people were very friendly and helpful. The food at the restaurant was delicious. I highly recommend staying here.

This is absolute jewel! Great property at the waterfront within 30 minutes from Stavanger. Clean, spacious room, good breakfast. The proper cook who know what he is doing! Best chicken i had in my long journey...we will be back and back and back! Thank you!

Beautiful surroundings directly at the fjord. Cozy atmosphere around the folks at the hotel, the boss is very helpful and the country and western style goes perfectly with this part of Norway. Nothing negative. Everything is 'greit', as they say in Norway. Fine breakfast with lots of shrimps.

Two things strike you when you pull in to Sjoberg Ferie, 1) a beautiful location and 2) the look of a construction yard, with temporary structures (porto-potty?) and window/doors either about to be installed or just being taken out. The room was comfortable enough with a kitchenette (fridge, stovetop - no microwave or oven). A jumble of IKEA furniture, average design and a bed frame so awkward it was uncomfortable to sit up and watch tv. Decent number of outlets but no hooks in the bathroom. Best surprises were Apple TV and pretty tasty food from the kitchen where we had breakfast and supper. Emphasis on local ingredients. One annoyance: other guests smoke outside and it seeped through. Conveniently, there's a supermarket just a 3 minute walk from the hotel. Nothing bad, just not a wow for a 3 star at high season price.

We stayed one night on our 2 week trip around Southern Norway but we wish we could have stayed longer - one of the favourite places we stayed on our trip. Laid back atmosphere, breathtaking location right on the waterfront, super friendly staff and excellent dinner.

Great water front property with eating facility onsite ,large well equipped rooms

Rommet var fint og romslig, og hotellets plassering var ideell. Hvis sengene hadde vært litt bredere, hadde oppholdet vært 5/5.

Veldig bra… Andre gang jeg er der i jobbsammenheng. Utrolig forfriskende å ta en overnatting utenom «standardhotellene» når man til vanlig er mye på reis. Rimelig, romslig, flotte omgivelser, rolig og idyllisk, god frokost. Smidig med selvbetjening på inn og utsjekk og elektronisk lås.

Dette var svært bra. Liten avstikker fra hovedveien finner man denne perlen. Svært hyggelig betjening og svært idylliske omgivelser. Dette var en enkel jobbovernatting men her kan jeg også komme tilbake med familien eller lengre opphold med kollega seinere. Et stort hakk opp fra de «vanlige» hotellene. Frokost var også veldig bra….

Traumlage unmittelbar am Wasser; das Essen, vor allem das Frühstück sehr lecker und vor allem regional. Das Personal war sehr aufmerksam und auch sehr freundlich. Kontakte knüpft man hier sehr einfach

Fantasisk opphold med god underholdning om kvelden. Koselig vertskap som fiksa det meste og for ikke og glemme middagen og frokosten som var aldeles nydelig 😊

Et fantastisk sted med super service, god mad, fantastisk udsigt og meget venligt og imødekommende personale ! Vi var der desværre kun een nat - men næste vil vi bruge det som udgangspunkt for ture i Stavanger området ! Mange venlige hilsner til personalet !!!!!!!
