Staff was friendly, property was okay, only real complaint would be arriving around 4:50PM and the room not being ready till 30 min later. Not the biggest deal, but had we been there much earlier and needed or expected to be able to rest by 4pm. It could have been a bigger deal.

Excellent location for exploring tide pools. Amazing view. The hotel is old and funky, which I don't mind if it's clean. Unfortunately my room was very dirty. The floor hadn't been swept or vacuumed prior to mopping and there was dog hair everywhere. The floor was still very wet from mopping when we arrived and the mop water was very dirty. White bathroom towels with stains or dirty?? Who knows. Bathroom sink was clogged. We paid for two nights but only stayed one.

I emailed the day I arrived highly disappointed, unsatisfied and disgusted! I slept inside my vehicle because no other hotels in the area were available!! The photos were a joke and a lies. I brought my grandkids for a vacation to enjoy the beach for the fourth of July and it turned into nothing but a disaster from the moment we attempted to check in. The people running the hotel are definitely on drugs, she had a screaming baby in her arms and told me to come back in an hour so she could get the baby to sleep since It wasn't check in time yet, but she wouldn't answer any questions of mine since she was holding her grandson who was crying and couldn't attend to the guests at the same time. Very rude and unprofessional! I requested a refund immediately after seeing how disgusting and dirty the room was! They told me it wasn't ready to check in because they had to clean it still yet there was dog hair, dog urine, dirt, body hair all over the bath tub. The hot tub wouldn't heat past 89 degrees it was colder than day old bath water. There was no air conditioning or even a fan and the room was at least 102. I couldn't have my grand kids inside miserable. The windows were so dirty you couldn't even see waste of money and time! I went to a truck stop to take a shower because the bathroom was so disgusting!! I am still waiting to hear back about my refund and no response, the pull out couch was thin and disgusting with dirt sand and stains. Will never use hotel if this is how they ar

Room was rough, bed wasn’t great, location and view was perfect, hot tub is great for two. I’d come back but not for weekend rates.

Upon arrival the desk girl was Super nice, very friendly. I had called to let them know we would be a little late, she not only was ok with late check in she told us take our time and drive safely. However after receiving the key to the room, we went up the flights of stairs to our room. At first glance was very disappointing. We were excited to get to the beach so it wasn’t until after our dinner that we noticed all the flaws of room. It was not what I saw online when booking. Starting with the bed, hole in the sheets, bath towels stained, sink filthy I had to wipe it out. Bathtub color was yellowing, bathtub wood molding non painted and moldy, green bathroom floor tile has not grout in most areas, only one small towel rack. Windows have no screens(it’s three floors high). Window seals haven’t been cleaned. Drapes dirty and blue wall behind the bed missing paint. Since it was late and we’d already paid for our two days we stayed the night just to have the toilet not flush properly and had to plunger it our selves. Now if a hotel leaves a plunger next to a toilet it’s a sign then knew about this condition. I spoke with the guest host earlier today asking for more towels, toilet tissue And trash can bags so can throw away toilet tissue and not have the room smell. When I researched this property it had lots of good reviews with very nice photos. I believe I read older property remodeled. Extremely disappointed with this property.

The view and the private hot tub

Perfect location, can walk straight down to the beach. Gorgeous views and loved the jacuzzi! The hotel itself is very dated, minimal, needs a revamp. Bathroom sink handle comes off, shower drain comes off, no heat/ac. Bed comfortable, sheets great! Would stay again for the location. Staff great!!

A 2 night stay got off to a bang, and not the good type of bang! The guest above us sounded like they were coming through our ceiling from 6pm til past 1am some time, when I was finally able to calm down my normally easy going dog who was hiding in the corner scared from the noise, and my wife and I finally passed out from the difficult day! The problem with this entire scenario is my wife spoke to management at 6:30pm and we were informed they would do nothing before 10pm which is quiet hours! My mouth dropped when I heard this! So renters beware! I had to call several tmes before getting an answer at 9:58pm and she said she would call them, but it didn't stop. I contacted Expedia at this point. The 2nd day my wife went by the office again b/c we were fed up as the noise started promptly at 5am. They said they never have noise complaints which seems suspect to me, but that they would not put anyone above us! The second night was much better, but there are going to be more times than not when someone is above you so proceed with caution! The room is a basic beach room that allows dogs and there is beach access down a hill. Room was not very clean mold/dust all over. The beds will KILL YOUR LOWER BACK! My wife and I both complained at the same time, about the same place in our lower back hurting! WE WILL NOT BE BACK! It is 36 hours after check out and Expedia sent me a message saying they are "chasing the property" to talk to them, but to no avail at the moment!!

Great views and easy access to beach.

Staff was friendly, helpful, and accommodating. View was gorgeous. Beach access is literally right next to the hotel. We stayed in the little studio apartment and loved the soaking tub, kitchen, and balcony!

The property is right next to some of the tide pool rocks in Lincoln City. This was a great place to stay with my toddler. We could walk down to see the tidepools and enjoy the ocean and beach view from the hotel.

The property was a bit older but clean and friendly staff. Some rooms have hottubs which was nice. Absolutely great location and price!

Not exactly the Ritz but very comfortable and clean. Has a wonderful ocean view. Needs a bit of maintenance but overall a very comfortable place to stay. They strive to make ones stay very comfortable.

The management onsite was very accommodating. She made the stay extra enjoyable. Loved the hot tub on the back deck!
