It was ok. I was headed to outter banks and stopped here as a halfway plus there where bad storms. It served its purpose.

Nice stay, peaceful and quiet.

I am in room now - waiting 1/2 hour plus for staff to refill shampoo and body wash so that i may take a shower. Half an hour + wait when they should have checked beforehand whether shower soaps had run out.

We arrived on Sunday, and check-in was quick and easy. Although we were initially placed in a room that hadn’t been cleaned, the front desk staff was very kind and accommodating. They promptly moved us to a clean room that was conveniently located near the other one, making the transition smooth. Throughout our stay, everyone we interacted with—from the front desk to the breakfast staff and bar—was friendly and welcoming, which we truly appreciated. However, we did experience some issues with housekeeping. Over the course of our six-day stay, housekeeping only serviced our room twice. On one occasion, we had to specifically request service, and the staff member seemed visibly inconvenienced when we asked for basic cleaning, including vacuuming, on day four. Unfortunately, the room wasn’t consistently maintained during our time there, which was disappointing.

Well kept property. Our entire stay was quiet and the front desk attendants were very friendly.

Would stay again. Easy highway access and many stores and restaurants nearby. Beds were extremely comfortable. Breakfast was great and plentiful but crowded. Pool is very VERY small and can be crowded and loud but there were always plenty of towels which is a plus. Our room was only cleaned on day 3, which meant we had overflowing trash. Some common areas like the lobby seating area, lower level lobby stairs and area, and even the elevator floors could be tidier. I understand there were many other guests at the hotel during our stay, but some of these details remained untouched and made things appear a little dingy despite the young age of the hotel. Overall this is a nice, new, stylishly decorated hotel and I really wanted to love it. Attention to details would have made it top notch.

The facility is well maintained and managed. While the entire team has been professional and friendly, Gwen who works at the front desk was exceptionally helpful and has an amazing personality and spirit.

I was disappointed. There was hair all over the place, and the room didn't look clean. I couldn't wait to leave. We were not able to have breakfast because it was not menu-friendly.

Nicer than some…. Room got a musty smell very quickly… pool tiny for such a big hotel.

Very nice hotel! But on my last day it was very challenging to sleep due to children knocking on the doors and run at 11 pm. But other than that the staff were very nice and helpful the breakfast was very delicious. I will definitely recommend this hotel to other people that would like to go to Virginia. Loves this hotel so much.
