Clean. Modern. Friendly. Superb food. And the eggs at breakfast were just THE best ever.

I don't normally fill these surveys in but the staff at this hotel were exceptional. Friendly, helpful, warm and you felt they really wanted you to have an enjoyable stay.

Modern and comfortable room, with bar / restaurant area and spa. Only disappointing aspect was pool facilities closed at 8pm and not reopen until 10am, so no time to use the same.

Great facilities, rooms and restaurant

Nice place but spa time is limited to one hour per person per night - we were lucky and sat next to pool but many went, nice place to stay mrs had a facial and she smiled!

Only used as stopover hotel on our way to the Stelvio Pass in Italy but it was a great choice. A very modern, welcoming and comfortable hotel, with all amentities you'd expect for a 4* hotel. Our only challenge was food hotel dining options on the evening, only charcuterie boards available and that's not our thing, disspaointed but not a reason to not stay at this lovely hotel

Modern, very well appointed and comfortable, this 4* hotel overlooks its golf course. It is located just outside the historic town of Arras (like Brussels, but much nicer) and convenient for WW1 venues like Wellington Quarries, the CWGC visitor centre and Vimy Ridge Canadian memorial - all highly recommended. The car park has plenty of room, with level access and well marked bays suitable for wide cars. The hotel bar and restaurant are excellent with a good selection of beers and wine. The food is excellent (but not cheap) and breakfast is comprehensive.

Nice hotel, only stayed for one night, pleasant enough. Friendly staff, pool and spa were ok. Breakfast fairly basic.

The Good: -------------- Staff: --- Excellent reception staff. Very friendly & genuinely welcoming. Quick check-in. Parking: --- Excellent. Plenty of space for SUVs, people-carriers, touring vehicles, etc. (unlike so many other French hotels). Hotel: --- Clean, modern, slick. Room: --- The first room we were given had a some kind of electrical hum noise (not the aircon, or bathroom fan, something louder, possibly elevator electricals). This was super-quickly handled by the Excellent reception staff who assigned us another room. The second room (like the first) looked great. Great bed, TV, bathroom. Lots of plug sockets and USB charge points. Perfect. Very considered and well-built hotel. Surrounding area: --- The hotel has a golf course, very scenic. Breakfast: --- Very good, very reasonably priced. Recommend. Breakfast/restaurant staff also very polite and helpful. Water facilities: --- Another nice, modern feature. Lots of water bottle refill stations throughout the hotel (and on each floor). Both "still" and "sparkling". Again, a very considered and polished hotel experience. Air conditioning: --- Very good. We prefer a cold room (16-18 C) and this seemed in that range. The Bad: --- Struggling to think of any criticisms. Summary: --- This hotel does a lot of things, very very well. Strong recommendation.

The perfect stop over point for our journey. Excellent facilities and the most beautiful views over a stunning golf course. Wonderful attentive staff, fantastic menu and beautifully presented dishes. Great ambience. Super spa. Everything and more you could need in our suite. Truly excellent.

Spa was lovely, only a bit disappointed the hot tub wasn't available until 1pm

The atmosphere was lovely, reception was welcoming and very helpful. Our room was lovely with a lovely bathroom which I didn’t want to get out of the shower. We ate in the restaurant which the food was great. Didn’t manage to get to spa/pool but will definitely stay they again. For golfer your straight onto golf course.

Very pricey for the quality of stay. They market as a golf hotel with golf course views, however, was not made aware in any way they are not affiliated with the golf course, which was closed at end of May when I was booked to stay and primary reason I chose the hotel. If you don’t mind paying through the nose for a very average stay (only allowed 1 hr in the “spa area” per day btw), fill your boots. You’ll get to rub shoulders with the likes who park their Ferraris in the handicap spaces.

The room and hotel are great, good food and friendly, helpful staff all round.

Great Hotel just on the outskirts of Arras, the food was exceptional both for breakfast and evening meals. Would loved to stay longer.
