Sangat luar biasa hotel ini, pegawainya ramah semua, kamar nyaman enak bersih banget, pokoknya benar-benar rekomendasi buat Granbell Susukino ini. Tidur pulas hotel kedap, lokasi juga bagus keluar sudah banyak makanan, main salju juga depan hotel, pokoknya luar biasa, gue kasih bintang 7 lah buat Granbell Susukino. Dan pastinya tiap ke Sapporo gue akan menginap di Granbell lagi. The best.

Even the friendly staff. I don't know, but the bedding was good and the bathroom was separate from the shower, so I was satisfied. I especially liked the large public bath.
