Wonderful stay, friendly hosts with cookies on arrival and the warmest of welcomes. Room was large and the huge bed was very comfortable indeed. Will definitely return

Stayed before v good

Nice and quiet guest house only about 8 minutes walk from the centre of Penrith. Room was clean, area was quiet and the owners were really nice.

My only complaint would be the stairs quite step

On site parking, friemdly reception, help with bags and very comfortable throughout. Breakfast brought to room. Situated in a good residential area. Would stay again.

Had a very pleasant stay at the Norcroft Guest House. The hotel is clean and comfortable and located in a quiet part of Penrith, just a short walk away from the town centre. The hosts are very friendly and responsive. Great value for money too!

I enjoyed my stay at Norcroft Guest House. The staff members are kind. I was able to check-in early and was so grateful for that. I was offered a slice of lemon cake on arrival (delicious!) and offered fruit to take on my last morning when I wasn't going to be there for breakfast. The breakfast was tasty and delivered to my room at the time I requested. I would definitely stay here again if ever in Penrith in the future. Thank you! My only suggestion would be an upgrade to the mattress and pillows.

Good private parking. Very helpful staff. A clean spacious room. The room was up two flights of stairs but my case was carried up for me. Breakfast was lovely and brought up to my room. A good place to stay along my journey north.

I was given a very warm welcome and offered a homemade cookie ( very delicious). I stayed in.room.8 a single small but more than adequate, everything was provided and the room and bathroom.were spotlessly clean. The hotel requires that you pre-order breakfast for delivery at a chosen time slot, the next morning it arrived bang on time and was lovely and hot with everything you could expect. Excellent place - Mark was very helpful and made my stay very comfortable. It was a pleasure to have proper cotton bedlinen to sleep in and lovely products in the bathroom!

We had a lovely stay at Norcroft Guest House. On arrival we where offered Triple chocolate muffins, they where delicious and fresh, we also put our order in for breakfast in the morning. On the morning a freshly cooked breakfast was brought to our room, could not fault the food or the service. Mark and Paula where very helpful hosts.
