the design is nice, room is big and comfortable. my kids really love the bathtub. just the pool looks dirty with mud. I know the concept is beach in city, but it's not clean. but I still enjoy my trip there

I really enjoy stay in mines beach resort, view nice reception very helpful. This is the best resort ⛵🌊 I really like. Who want to fine place and peace full come here. All service it's really good. I really give 100 star ⭐. And I recommend to all people must try stay here.

Ancient hotel. This hotel needs an overhaul. It 's like a haunted mansion. The air conditioner was leaking, mirror rusty, bathtub can't keep water for baths. The swimming pool is suspiciously cloudy. The hotel staff especially front desk are low grade unprofessional annoying unhelpful that doesn't represent a five star resort. This place has potential.

It's perfect! We love everything there. We were allowed to late check out at 1pm. Wide variety of breakfast too! They even have shuttle van to The Mines, so you don't have to worry about your dinner!

Nak kata perfect itu tidaklah, tapi berbaloi dengan harganya. Repeat kali ini adalah disebabkan gelongsor di kolamnya, tapi datang kali ini entah hilang ke mana gelongsornya. Lupa nak tanya staf apa yang berlaku disebalik kehilangan gelongsor tersebut. Apa-apa pun kegembiraan anak-anak bermain kolam air tetap ada dengan pasir pantai di tepian kolam. Just nice. Thank you very much.

Great view, manage to stay one night only to rest before continue the next journey. Enjoying the stay very calm and peace.

The check in process was smooth. But the first room that we got was really bad. The air conditioner temperature was not consistent and there was no stopper in the bathtub. To make it worst, the phone was not working in that room. The technician came and tried to fix the issues but was unsuccessful for at least 2 hours. However we end up approach the reception to change a room in which they did. The 2nd room was so much better and we really appreciate them for doing that because there is nothing to complaint after that. The breakfast was good and the staff are really nice and welcoming. Its an old hotel but decent one. Thank you the mines beach resort :)

It ' s a very old resort. Not upgraded. Rooms are carpeted and has that old carpet smell. Toilet has old stains. Water tap at the bath tub leaking, toilet bowl seat not fix properly. Didn't manage to take pictures. The room and bathroom is spacious.

Percutian singkat yang berbaloi. Semua just nice, especially kolam yang ada gelongsor. anak² main non stop. sebelum pergi nampak menakutkan kolamnya. Bila sampai, mandi pun ok. Tak ada apa yang menakutkan. cuma lantai kolamnya yang berbeza dengan hotel² lain. Thanks

Staff services very good and polite, but facing issue with room air cond, first room I got was totally air conditioner problem, I wait for 3 hours until they changes room for me, my baby keep crying due of heat, then they changes to new room, first I enter the air cond seem okay, after 1 hours, my wife told me our room become hot, I just open the slide door to get some cool air. I check our air cond, the temperature show 16 celsius, but we cannot feel any cool air. I wanna make a complaint to reception, but my wife told no point, we already changes room, maybe the room that I got was old and not fully maintaince. I hope this resort can solved this issue. I really frust due this is my first time check in this hotel. My friends told me this hotel very good, but when I see the pool it very dirty. I hope this management can improve their services for room and pool.

Overall all OK, only few things need to be considered. 1) Room assigned with faulty air conditioner, we've arrived around 9.30pm with kids, so we expected no room change after all the stuff we brought to the room already, then need to relocates to other room with different floor. 2) The new room given, all good except the bath tub cracks few place. Looks like bath tub made from fiberglass not ceramic type. Dangerous! 3) Swimming pool not so clean. 4) My small baby accidentally spoiled the bedsheets with drink (milo), While I was checking out the next day, without informing me earlier, we've told that need to pay for bedsheet cleaning rm100? I think it's too much, I can buy a new one for that. Finally after arguing for a while, then we've been charged rm50 for that. Overall experience is so-so, staff all OK. But because thing no. 4, it ' s spoiled our mood for the day while checking out. Thanks.

Everything was awesome, except for the coffee sachets provided. Taste like old socks😅. Other than that is great. Will come back again.

Receptionist was kind. The stay was amazing even it is an old hotel. Near to mines mall and uptown mines. 2mins walk. Peace.
