As concrete evidence of our commitment to be fair and professional, we have refunded your deposit in full 100% without any deductions, including for matters related to electronic equipment. If we truly felt that there was damage caused by the guest, of course we would process compensation by deducting the deposit you paid upon check-in — but we did not do that, because there were no accusations made. We recognize the importance of documentation during check-in and check-out, and we appreciate your suggestion to conduct a thorough check. We have also implemented internal standards for checking the unit before and after a guest stays. Regarding the view of the unit, the information we provide in the product description states that the unit faces the sea side where ships are anchored in Muara Angke. Although not directly facing the open sea, the view is still included in the "sea view" category, and has been displayed transparently through the photos in the listing. We are always open to constructive criticism, but object if the review contains unfounded assumptions or accusations.
