We had a pleasant stay! Nice breakfast and big pool for adults and kids. The hotel room is huge and beds were comfortable but the chairs are dusty and carpet bit smelly. The housekeeping service was not consistent. One day we have complete set of towels, the next day we are missing one. One time they forgot to clean up our room so we had to wait until 10pm for them to fix it. They claimed we left the DND sign but we do not think so. Night Room service is quite slow. For a bucket of ice, we had to cancel after two hours of no show. But Kudos to all the staff ! They are all friendly and helpful. We shall definitely go back and stay there again :)

The room was very clean and spacious. Breakfast buffet js satisfying. Cost with breakfast buffet is fine. We will definitely come back again. We were granted a late check out for free. Staffs are nice and friendly. The kids enjoyed the swimming pool.

We had the most pleasant stay here. My family had a great time during this holiday season. Kudos to all the staff for their prompt assistance to us especially to Ms. Viane and to the Engineering Department. We will go back again soon!
