Always great in terms of service. No matter what time you check in, the staff are always on standby and friendly. For a boarding house like this, it's really good, and the price is affordable. Always ask for the view towards the station, it's really beautiful when the sun sets. The distance to Malioboro is also close, not too far. The parking is also quite good, access also uses an elevator so it's safe for those of you who bring small children, pregnant women, or the elderly because access to the room can be done using an elevator and each person must use a card so it's very safe.

I don't recommend staying here, as I had already booked a room via the app only to have a 3-hour layover while waiting for my 4:00 train. I'd already asked if the room was ready. They said they were, but I couldn't check in because I arrived past 12:00, claiming check-in time was 2:00. For 400,000 Rupiah, there were no advantages except for the proximity to Malioboro. There was no water heater, no mineral water in the room, dirty under the sink, and unfriendly service.

Good and comfortable for resting

I've been here 3 times when I went to Jogja, but the breakfast lacks variety, and check out has to be at 11 o'clock, oh my.

plus: hotel location is very close to malioboro and surrounding areas can be reached on foot very close to tugu station hotel area is clean there are drinks provided through dispensers in the corridor on each floor clean bathroom there is a balcony can request a room on the upper floor and the position of the balcony facing where when checking in price is quite cheap maybe because this is actually an exclusive boarding house that is also used as a hotel minus: waiting time to check in must be 14.00, cannot be early check in maybe because of the holiday season checkout time is maximum at 11.00 am very close to the station so the sound of the train can be heard clearly and quite disturbing rest time during 3 days of staying the room was never made up by the staff and the towels were never changed (don't know if this has to be requested first) because it seems like every day I see the staff tidying up other rooms but never going to my room because the room was not made up, the trash in the room was never thrown away every day overall the experience of staying was quite good. sorry I didn't have time to take photos while at the hotel.

The hotel is nice, clean, top facilities, only the TV channels are too few,
