During my 3-night stay here, the service was very good, the staff was friendly. Cleanliness is always a priority, every day the room is cleaned and toiletries are replaced every day, and drinking water is refilled every day. Very satisfied staying here. The location is also close to the city center.

the staff are all friendly, in front of the hotel there is a food stall so it's nice to find food, the atmosphere is calm and comfortable. the downside is if you want to walk to Malioboro it's quite a bit hehehe but overall it's really good. hopefully I can stay here again

Check-out time is 12 noon, but I was still able to leave my luggage at the reception until the afternoon while waiting for the train schedule, it was very helpful, the staff were friendly and responded very quickly.

a bit noisy so it's quite uncomfortable I don't know if the room is soundproof or what I ordered a deluxe but for some reason I got a priority room because it's a bit narrower compared to the last time I stayed here

the hotel is sooo comfortable! the staff is sooo friendly, but in my opinion the room is not soundproof and the bed is like plywood or a board so it's noisy when you sit on the bed. Btw, each floor has a super pw balcony!! everything is clean and very comfortable, hopefully I can go to Jogja again and the room mattress can be upgraded to a double bed ✨

The hotel is strategically located, close to Malioboro, the hotel area is clean, the rooms are clean, but it does not have a restaurant in the hotel. There are no other facilities in the hotel, only wifi that helps guests to get a good internet connection in the room.
