Good points: Opposite the walking street, about 1.5km from the beach. There is a place to park a car. Cons: the bathroom in the room smells, the carpet is not clean. When the shampoo and shower gel run out, we have to call them to bring them up. The first day, our family drank a bottle of water, the next day they only refilled one bottle. The room is poorly soundproofed, people walking in the hallway can hear clearly, the music at the beach is played until 2am can also be heard clearly. Breakfast has few dishes, not diverse. Our family went down around 8:30am and they didn't bring out any more. At 9:30am they cleaned up without notice. In general, we won't come back. At this price, other hotels have much better service.

When I arrived, there was no staff to help with luggage like other Muong Thanhs. There was a stubborn guy at the swimming pool who wouldn't let my sister go swimming because she was wearing shorts and a T-shirt. He insisted that it wasn't a swimsuit. I think when I traveled to the North and South, I saw people wearing neat shorts and T-shirts. As long as they were clean and showered before going into the pool, it was fine. It wasn't like they had a good figure to wear a swimsuit.

30-story hotel, lots and lots of rooms but only 4 elevators. Always crowded, waiting for the elevator takes 15-20 minutes. Overall, it's more like an apartment than a hotel😢😢😢

The toilet door lock was broken, the room lock handle wouldn't turn, I was locked in the room all night. I booked a room with a sea view but only got a corner, the main view was the house. The building was crowded, few elevators. I waited for an hour but couldn't get in the elevator.

The hotel is great, clean and comfortable. Friendly staff, professional service. Convenient location, close to the center and tourist attractions. Spacious rooms, fully equipped, reasonable price. Very satisfied and will come back next time!

Modern hotel with full amenities. Swimming pool and gym are cleaned every day. The hotel location is very convenient for dining and entertainment activities. However, the hotel's breakfast is still a limitation (the food menu is not diverse, some dishes are not seasoned well)

The elevator is always overloaded, waiting for a long time. The staff is not very enthusiastic.. breakfast buffet for 2 nights is almost 98% the same. The bathroom is not clean

Prime location, rooms and breakfast buffet are very good. But the elevator is very bad. The waiting time for the elevator is so long that just being able to get on the elevator is a happy thing (it's okay to go up to the 34th floor and then go back down, but there's no choice between going up or down). All guests who come here are haunted by the wait for the elevator here

The location is very nice, the room has a great view overlooking Sunworld park. The receptionists are enthusiastic and friendly. However, when there are many customers, waiting for the elevator is really tiring, sometimes having to wait more than 15 minutes.

Bad experience. I booked the room 7 days in advance but when I checked out the hotel still said I hadn't paid. Had to wait for the check again, wasting time.
