This property is clean and modern. The rooms are fine and with comfortable beds. There are other adjoining hotels but traffic is minimal. There’s a pathway to a very large exercise park. Best way from hotel to downtown is via Uber. Downtown travel is almost impossible with rental car and is not worth the trouble trying to find parking or working through the non resident restrictions.

Everything was great , just the advertised trams that they have on website and even on the tv screens in the rooms were closed for weeks , and that wasn’t updated so we had to lose extra money on top for the taxis up and down the center of the Cracow.

Property was not too far from airport so this was convenient. Not a lot of food options, but there is a small store nearby. I would definitely stay again as it was clean and safe.

Typical hotel, nice and clean.

The property is new. It is located next to student housing. The view from the high floor is mostly blocked by surrounding buildings, so don't waste your time on this choice.

Nice enough overall. No vegan food in restaurant. Pillows dreadful. Rooms hot. Well equipped gym (probably the best Ive seen in a hotel), however one side of of the free weights rack totally locked so not able to alter the height-big safety issue (clearly not maintained).

Great hotel in a quiet neighborhood but walking distance to the tram. Tram is a 15 minute ride to the center of all the action. The bathroom is as amazing and the bed is so comfy. Great for families and onsite parking. We parked at an adjacent lot to save some money. Mini fridge with coffee, tea and bottled waters.

Nice location! The park nearby was a good place to enjoy outdoor activities. Beds were comfortable. We were able to rest well before the long flight back to the US. The breakfast offerings were delicious, varied and plentiful!

Exceptional price for the room. Loved the service.

The staff at the hotel were not nice when we checked in, demanding proof that my husband, who was in a wheelchair, was disabled.

Clean, pleasant surroundings. Wish there were face cloths in bathroom linens, but housekeeping did provide extra hand cloths. Would also like to see vegan options on room service menu. Would stay here again .

The staff was incredibly helpful with getting dinner reservations on very short notice. The rooms were clean and quiet

The cleaning staff were excellent, replaced our towels and bottles of water every day without being asked to. All the staff from reception, bar staff and buffet were friendly and helpful. Choice of food at the breakfast buffet was one of the best I have ever experienced and there was plenty off it and as soon as one food was done it was replaced immediately.

Perfect hotel for exploring Krakow. Brand new build with all the modern conveniences, friendly staff and a great value premium food and drinks offering. Highly recommended stay, with the 20 tram just outside!

Everything is well

We only stayed here one night as our flight was cancelled. We arrived at the hotel at 9.30pm and managed to get a meal which was good. The staff were very pleasant and the room was clean although the bathroom was small. We had breakfast the following morning which was adequate.
