I was staying cos it’s close to the hospital I had a injured son in there! but it was a bonus that it was clean and comfortable I was treated nice & asked how my son was doing and I was doing…..I’m not a vegetarian but really enjoyed the Indian vegetarian food in the restaurant,the office and restaurant people helped me choose what to have…countdown and a plaza was just over the road so it’s also convenient the only thing is don’t walk around at night in this area a few dodgees around but the motel has, cameras and safe locking doors I did read a few reviews I checked out negative ones as I do before booking and I’ve not experienced anything that I read the owners were lovely and the reception desk people always smiled when I walked past it was a pleasant stay and only 7-10 minutes drive to the hospital

Very nice, clean and quiet. Very narrow shower door though, larger guests can't even get in it!

Sadly when ever someone closes doors it was very loud. Not Kolmars' fault but some guests opening and closing doors and speaking in the hall till1am was not cool and there was no phone number to call in the room. Being by myself I did not want to confront the guests as their language was also not great. I spoke to Kolmar and did get an apology but nothing else. Comfy room. Good value for money with a handy location but not very restful nights sleep on my 4 night stay

Overall really nice place to stay. Just didn’t like the few stains I spotted. One on the carpet and one on the blanket

While the room was comfortable overall, the shower stall doors were narrow and challenging to get in and out of easily. The water temperature wasn't easy to maintain. There were two temperatures, cold and super hot.

Good parking, very clean and tidy

Other accommodation in the general area appeared to be older and tired. This motel is a gem. Not sure if it's new but it felt like it. Small room but quality bathroom and comfortable bed. All for around the price of the old and tired other options.
