Very helpful staff. Able to charge my EV. Close to the Pub for a good meal. Enjoyable stay in a comfortable and clean room.

The staff were great except for the man who opened the door to come in without knocking while we were getting changed. The bed was terrible - like foam with no support. There was no sink or mirror in the bathroom - had to use the kitchen sink. The laundry was next to our room and the pipes hammered every time the water went on and off and they started washing sheets at 6am. Apart from that it was fine.

The people im the next room inconseridate of people next door at 6am talking at the top of their voices theyvould have been a lot quieter

Sheets and towels good and having kitchenette facilities.Bed comfy. I didn't like holes in curtains where backing had perished, cobwebs hanging from ceiling from one side to other. Given dishwashing liquid but no cloth or tea towel, exhaust fan in bathroom needs cleaning. Extra roll of toilet paper would come in handy and there was no body wash in shower dispenser.

Nice property and fairly well serviced. Has had some renovations recently which freshened it up a bit. Very comfortable bedding.

Very comfortable beds, the room was large. The ladies working the front deck were amazing.

Very clean and affordable. The room was excellent, very clean i could not fault it. If you are looking for an overnightstay on your travels, this motel is most suitable.

Restaurant across the road

We came to Taree for a family catch up after a trip to the Hunter staying at the Crowne Plaza. We were expecting a worn out tired and average country motel. The Alabaster Motel was BETTER than the Crowne Plaza The motel has had a major refurbishment, in which they did not skimp! This was not a superficial new coat of paint and some cheap fitout. They thought about it, and made the rooms very classy and comfortable. I particularly like that the king size beds are actual king size beds and not 2 king single beds joined together. The pillows were top quality as you’d expect from a 5 star hotel. The staff were fantastic and very accommodating to our needs. I would also thank the staff for the recommendation to the Manning River Hotel for dinner/lunch! Again, you look at the building and think this is going to average. The staff and kitchen was EXCEPTIONAL! Awesome counter meals. Thank you Alabaster for great stay and we will be back

Room was nice, owners didn’t seem that friendly, looked like owner was recording us on her phone as we left the hotel.

We requested a downstairs room and was offered an updated room at an extra cost, it was money well spent. It had a huge TV and beautiful bathroom, not big but big enough. Bed was very comfortable too, king size.

Just a stop over for us but We were very comfortable and the room was great. Very comfy bed, had a great nights sleep

Thanks for accommodating me so late, it was a last minute decision while driving. The shower was terrific and the bed was comfortable. I had a good night's sleep and left again on my journey feeling refreshed. Much appreciated.

The room was Comfortable and clean. Bed comfy. Massage chair in room. Good strong flow shower. Small kitchenette. Safe and quiet. Highly recommend.

I think I was in a small room (room 20) as it was very compact. During the night a man knocked on my door and then yelled expletives outside my room, kicking the bannister and I was actually really scared. Not the motel owners fault of course but they had not heard any of this until I mentioned it the next morning.

Recently renovated room very modern and comfortable staff very helpful.

Property was clean. Reception was not very friendly on arrival. Parking was difficult due to not being enough spots being available to cover all rooms.
