Superb location close to the main artery with all services (bus and tram station), restaurants, and coffee shops. Parking is also available on site. Very nice room with decent breakfast. Will go back and recommend.

Superb location in downtown Lodz, with a breakfast buffet that ranks among the best. A great value for the money.

The hotel has an excellent location. It is new, clean and quiet. The quality of the breakfast is very good. The parking garage is easy to access, adjacent to the hotel.

The location is excellent but they need to improve the service. They didn't clean my room for two days intill i asked them to do it. My TV stopped working and it was not fixed. I requested three times to send someone but they ignored me. I will not stay here again. a

I stayed for one night, the staff were friendly and helpful and spoke fluent English which was a big help to me. the room was very clean and comfortable and I had a lovely breakfast! What more could you want?

We loved staying at this hotel. The underground parking was handy (daily fee), and the staff was helpful. The breakfast buffet was delicious with many options.

I grew up in Łódź and I can say that it would be hard to find a better location for a hotel. As it is a new hotel, it would be hard not to like it.
