Nous avons du canceller notre deuxième nuit parce que nous avons passer notre première nuit tout seul dans l’hôtel sans surveillance et les portes étaient débarrés. Chambre manque beaucoup d’amour. Je ne recommande pas cet hôtel.

Unfortunately, the experience was far less than the online presentation had led us to expect. The photos and the rating on Hôtel.com suggested a comfortable establishment, but the reality was quite different: plastic glasses and cardboard coffee cups in the room, no microwave available, a barely functional mini-fridge, neon lights in the bathroom, little storage space. The level of comfort was clearly insufficient for the price paid. The toaster was not accessible in the morning, as it was located in the closed kitchen. I consider this presentation to be misleading and feel that compensation would be justified. Yours sincerely

Hôtel propre, lit confortable, mais chambre petite avec une toute petite tv avec une qualité d'image pas très bonne... Et comme j'avais réservé avec Expedia leur système informatique ne pouvait me fournir le reçu pour mon employeur.

Snowmobile trip. Nice clean place. Had breakfast twice, very good. Nice staff. The fridge in the room is too small. We would have liked to have hooks on the walls to hang clothes since wardrobe is too small. In all, we had a good stay.

Comfortable, clean.

The staff was pleasant and patient with us ( we speak English only). Though dated the property is well kept and clean. The view of the lake is beautiful, and the pool area/restaurant terrace are decorated very nicely.

Chambre reguliere vraiment trop petite. Odeur particulière dans la chambre et plancher collant... Je m'attendais à plus pour un manoir...

Chambre vraiment petit Sa sentais la cigarettte en rentrant dans chambre Veille tv avec aucun poste de fonctionnelle Salle de bain tres petit une toilettes seul et mini douche .

C'est la première fois qu'on voyait une chambre si petite chambre, lorsque nous sommes entrer dans l'établissement le resto et la vue était super, ainsi que le personnel:) ! Malheureusment en montant à l'étage l'odeur de cigarette et de marijuana était fortement présente, nos vitres de la chambre était ouvert avec aucun "scring" et c'était très humide... de plus on entendait très clairement les autres chambres et le corridor, malgrer la fan et l'air climatiser, nous n'avons pas dormit beaucoup cette nuit là.. Par contre, Le déjeuner était super bon!

Espace extérieure, piscine, bord du lac , aménagements, in beau moment au Manoir. Service au repas : jeune homme fantastique !

Beautiful location, great food

Room was dirty. Dust and hair on microwave. Cover missing on thermostat. Curtains blocking a/c. Old and dirty carpets in stairs. Very small room.

Vue sur le lac et la nourriture très bonne. Mais les chambres sont petites et salle de bain trop petite.

Loved sitting outside by the lake. Relaxing and peaceful towards the evening hours

Chambre très simple

We had 2 rooms. The cheaper one (1 Double Bed - City View) was actually quite big with a working AC. The experience in this room was satisfactory. The more expensive one (1 Queen Bed - City View) was small, had a broken ceiling lamp that was hanging for dear life above the bed. We were afraid it would fall on us, so we reported this problem to the (hard to find) staff and they were able to temporarily secure it with a zip tie, which was sketchy but okay. Also in that room, there was a loud window AC unit, but it wasn’t cooling the air at all. Likely broken. We understand that issues can happen and I think it would have been ideal if they had told and compensated us for them proactively upon our arrival. Disappointingly, these issues with this room weren’t known to the staff prior.
