The hotel is very nice. The rooms were large and clean. The breakfast had good options. My only complaint is I picked this property because of the electric chargers. The hotel needs to specify on its website that the chargers are Tesla and not the universal ones. I was not able to use the chargers For that reason.

The property is nominally fine. Clean, safe but no extras or quality finish. The room was really tiny. Could not maneuver us, our luggage and getting around each other. Shower had an oddly opening door to where I couldn’t take a shower without getting water all over the bathroom.

We stayed 4 nights. The first night, we want to skip room cleaning. but they never clean the other 3 days. I’m not sure if I should ask to clean or not. They did not mention it.

Basic hotel. Clean. Great work out room.

There was excessive noise on the fifth floor, that they told us it was the motor of the air conditioning system.

This is a newer property. Property was clean and the staff was friendly. The room itself was rather stark and reminded me of a dorm room. No closets, draws, etc to store clothing. Also I would give the room a 4 out of 10 due to noise level. The property is close to the freeway and you can hear that from the room. You can hear people talking in the parking lot plainly, and you can hear conversations from the rooms around you. if you are a spy, I would definitely avoid sensitive conversations.

Too pricey for the kind of hotel

No TV control, the window sun screen was broke and the bathroom was not clean

Horrible experience! Even with a medical emergency I was still charged for a full night even tho we only stayed one. I was never able to speak to a manager on duty they always had an excuse why they were not available. At 3am security knocked on my door to the fire alarm going off and not once asked if were okay or if he could check the room but instantly just asked “are yall smoking in here” “is anyone vaping” everyone in the room was asleep and the security him self smelled all like marijuana. Most definitely would not recommend this hotel to anybody.

From the friendly smile upon arrival to the ease of checkout, I appreciate the great stay we had at Tru in San Antonio. For a non refundable fee of $50, they allowed my dog to stay in our room. The lobby has coffee around the clock and a family friendly sitting area with TVs and a pool table. Breakfast is complimentary and comparable to other hotels that offer the same standard items - eggs, sausage, oatmeal and pastries. The rooms are clean and comfy. The bathrooms are well lit with roomy showers that look new. The parking lot feels safe. I wish they’d fence the doggie area and refill the doggie bag dispensers. The location is perfect. That just about sums it up. I will definitely return.

The fire alarm went off at 3a and then nobody picked up the phone...many of us opened the door and finally one person said it was a false alarm. Very disturbed sleep and the walls are very thin...you can hear water all the time (flushing/AC/etc)
