It was good stay the room was clean. The humidity in the room was bit high make it feel a little damp even with a dehumidifier working. Staff was helpful and friendly. The hotel was a little difficult to find after dark. Not really the hotels issue as the sidewalks are narrow and the signs for business are above the door making them hard to see from the sidewalk. This was not the only business a walk past on the sidewalk when try to locate. Just something to be aware of. Lots of food options close by and the main market close too.

The hotel itself was cute and rather clean. Staff was helpful and friendly. However, on day 1 the water was not running for about 2 hours in the evening. In day 2, my family traveling with didn’t have a working toilet. Seema everyone on 2nd floor didnt have water. Its unfortunate, because otherwise hotel was nice. I expected the staff to offer some sort of compensation for the lack of water or working toilets, but they dis not.

We stayed just one night. The location is good, just a couple of blocks from the park and near the market. Very loud in the early morning. Seemed over priced for what it provided.

Room is basic, but there is a large kitchen if you want to cook a meal or need a refrigerator. Very convenient location and very pretty property with lovely courtyard and roof patio. Staff was very nice and helpful. We had a lovely stay for a very good value.

Terrible experience for the high rate they charged me. The room did not have any towels and when I requested I was only given 3. It was total 5 people staying so we had to share. Had a hard time getting hot water to work. The tv did not work. Room is old and outdated. The shower was dripping the entire stay which was annoying.

I feel safe in that place and then the very good people. And then it’s very convenient to the central, and very quiet and very economic. And clean.

Great location, and comfortable beds. The place is clean and the view from the balcony is beautiful. Stafd could be friendler.

Excellent accommodation

My room had mold and mildrew growth above one bed and on the side of the other bed on the wall. The bathroom was covered in it. There was no circulation of air despite there being a cieling fan. I informed staff about it and I was told that all i could do was contact the corporate office. I did so and they were not any help. They responded late with an email inforning me that my concerns had been forwarded to another department.

Good for budget stay in Antigua. Walkable to all nearby attractions. Problems with hot water to shower was never resolved, but we were offered a different room to shower.

The staff was super friendly and had great wifi, the common areas with kitchen and patio views were nice and laundry service was very convenient I only have one negative thing to say that the bed were really hard by the second night my back was hurting but other than that it’s little nice hotel and inexpensive and great location

I had the worst experience of my life at La Posada de Valentino in Antigua Guatemala. The rooms were dirty and in complete disrepair, with peeling paint, broken furniture, and stained bed sheets. The bathroom was cramped and disgusting, with moldy tiles and a broken shower. The staff were rude and unaccommodating, and seemed to have no interest in making my stay enjoyable. To top it all off, the hotel was located in a sketchy area with no security, making me feel unsafe at all times. Overall, my stay at La Posada de Valentino was a complete disaster and I would never consider staying there again. If you value your safety and comfort, I would highly recommend finding a different hotel to stay at in Antigua Guatemala
