very clean, very cordial staff, the pools were lovely. My only complaint was the food was basically not edible It was so bad.

The property was clean and staff was friendly but there is no beach here. You will be forced to stay at the pool for your vacation. The food was mediocre.

Loved our trip

I loved staying here! My taxi was $60. I was greeted with a margarita popsicle. The staff was very nice. The room was beautiful. It was new and very clean. There were delicious cookies sitting in my room. There was plenty of water in thee mini bar and it was restocked daily. They had a margarita shaker in the room, but no alcohol or margarita mix and you can not buy alcohol with your points at the store. It was no problem because I didn't need it. The food was delicious. They had the normal breakfast options. I had an outdoor BBQ lunch twice. It was so good! The Italian restaurant was booked my entire stay. So that was a bummer. The tacos at the bar were very tasty and drinks were decent. There was tons of pool space and it overlooked the ocean. The main pool is lively... more like a paty pool but they have quieter pools surrounding it. There were tons of cabanas and they assure that you don't use yor towel to reserve them all day. While the hotel sits on the beach, there is no sand and you can not swim at this beach. It didn't bother me because the view was beautiful! I took a catamaran to Isla Mujeres. DO NOT book the catamaran through the excursion people at the hotel. Cesar sold me a horrible catamaran with open bar, snorkeling, and beach access. The open bar had no alcohol. The boat had no music. The lunch was delicious. The beach access was a half a mile away. It was a waste of money!!! Go with Cancun Sailing catamaran instead. Pay through Expedia and its about $140.

Not overly crowded, great swim up bar and drinks, very clean and the staff is very friendly

For the cost...this was sad. No beach, drinks were awful witha few exceptions....ask for absolute and club soda...get some kind of flavored....something....over and over....ask for whiskey and coke....whiskey pours clear ? Wine was safe.... Service was inconsistent witha few exceptions. Food was not great.

The service was excellent. Very clean hotel. Rooms very nice & comfortable. Food was very good! We did not like the reservation system for the restaurants.

Only reason for 4 stars: NOTHING around the property to walk to. No shops, markets, etc. You are literally in the middle of the trees with a few other properties. Everything would be a taxi/uber ride away. The property was amazing. Clean. Staff perfect! Good food. Hard to get in the 2 dinner places that require reservations.

If you are not an American, you won’t desire a service. Service is terrible for all over the hotel. Also, no beach access!!! Be careful before you book this hotel!

Resort is only 2 yrs old, fun environment with daily activities/games/live music/karaoke at the land shark brewery. 2 swim up bars, some shade in afternoon. No beach access right now though due to a hurricane having destroyed the stairs/dock area but they are quickly working to repair it

Resort was beautiful & clean. Food was really good. Drinks not great not sure if it was the liquor or mixes.

Myself and three of my friends went to the adults only Margaritaville. It's my second visit. The grounds are beautiful and not crowded. There were plenty of chairs around the pool and the food was delicious. Just be prepared that there is NOT beach access.

There are very limited in-room dining options, which is quite sad for the price being paid and it bragging of"all-inclusive"

The wristband room key was a game changer! The staff was friendly, the Salted Rim has the best bartenders!!! JWB and Frank & Lola’s were both outstanding.

Loved this resort. Everyone was beyond friendly; which I really enjoyed. Place was clean!!! Room was spacious and very cute. Food was ok. Drinks were good. Vibe was excellent. I would definitely stay here again.
