The hotel staff and CEO were unfriendly and snippy. I'd told them check-out was at 8:30, but no one could be reached until 9:30. As a result, I was an hour late for an event.
At least, even though it wasn't during business hours, they were able to commit because I'd requested it and they'd agreed. They should have been on standby and able to respond quickly, offering solutions and alternatives.
When I became angry about the lack of good faith and a quick resolution to the problem, I received a threatening tone from the owner.
Room amenities: OK, Wi-Fi.
Cleanliness: Not bad, except the wall paint was worn and worn.
I was disappointed with the service and how they responded to guest complaints.
