However, we would like to respond to your review as follows: - When you booked a double bed apartment for 2 adults, we have arranged and set up everything according to the standards for 2 guests that we advertised and sold the service to you. When you arrived at the hotel late at night and had problems with 2 more guests, making a total of 4 guests. The hotel happily supported without additional charges and still accepted your group to stay in 4 guests in 1 room. Your request to provide additional blankets and pillows for the other 2 guests is unreasonable and the hotel may refuse to serve smart customers like you. When you checked in, we informed and instructed you carefully that if you want to request room cleaning, you must hang a sign requesting room cleaning before we can enter. If the customer does not hang a sign, it means that they do not want the staff to enter the room without permission for the safety of the customer's personal property. We have served many customers, if you feel that the price of 750k per night for the central area of District 1 and District 3 is expensive, you should book a motel with a price of 350k per night to stay. We know that the reason for your personal revenge is because we did not support and accommodate your late check-out at 7:00 p.m., so you thought of this revenge. Thank you for your feedback; however, we need to clarify the following matters: 1)We have clearly advertised on the Traveloka website and other platforms that WE DO NOT OFFER FREE CAR PARKING. Customers with cars will need to park in a lot 300 meters away from the hotel, and there will be a fee. This fee is to be paid directly by customers to the service provider. 2) Our hotline is available only during business hours from 7 AM to 11 PM daily. If customers wish to contact us after 11 PM, the system will automatically redirect to the reception hotline because the reception and security staff of the hotel are available 24/7. 3) Your booked room is a Standard Room, and we have provided exactly what was specified in your booking. You cannot expect a Standard Room to accommodate 3 guests as per your request. If your family consists of 3 people, you must book a Family Room. 4) We will place your name on our blacklist and refuse to serve you because of your dishonest feedback and attempts to mislead public opinion with the intention of damaging our hotel's reputation. Hi sister, According to the hotel's regulations, we only provide a maximum of 2 towels per day for customers in a double room. However, from the day of check-in, you requested us to provide 8 towels at a time during your stay. However, on the second day, you continued to request 6 more towels. In total, in just 2 days, you requested 14 towels for a double room without agreeing to return the old towels for the hotel to wash. If every customer demands unreasonable things like you, how can the hotel satisfy many other customers?
