A classic hotel with Javanese, Chinese, and European styles. Every corner and aspect of the hotel is warm and welcoming. The staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel is very clean, although admittedly, some details are not perfectly executed. The hot water in the bathroom and sink sometimes doesn't work optimally, despite several repairs. The televisions in the rooms would be better if upgraded to smart TVs. The food in the restaurant is quite good and varies daily, as is the afternoon tea. The hotel's location is strategic, close to tourist attractions and culinary options.

My first experience staying 4 days 3 nights for a graduation event... Very comfortable and clean... Friendly staff... Can enjoy me time with the spa... The food is delicious and not boring... A very memorable first experience... If I go to Solo, I will definitely stay at Mahalaya again... Continue to improve the service and facilities so that I can feel at home again...

VERY RECOMENDED PLACE, for staycation at Solo, family friendly with * very clean, comfortable and complete facilities, room, pool, toilet, mini bar and gym * excellent service and hospitality staff, even could request picked up from the station free. * serve with delicious and good quality Food, especially western food breakfast * the interior clean, simple, chic, vintage & classy colonial, chinnese but also express indonesian traditional culture. very aesthetic! * easy acces around solo its been Great experiance to be in the hotel felt like 5 star hotel, GREAT JOB MAHALAYA THE LEGACY team!

The location is strategic, finding food is very easy because it is close to everywhere. The hotel room is very spacious, clean, the hotel staff is very friendly. The swimming pool is nice, and there are many games and entertainment for children

The receptionist was friendly and efficient, check in and check out was fast, the hotel was clean and the design was elegant, room 205 was comfortable, the swimming pool was nice, the breakfast was delicious, we will definitely stop by again.

The room is spacious and very clean, the room and hotel have a traditional Javanese vibe. The staff are professional. Unfortunately the gym is small and not much equipment, enough for basic exercise. The location is close to Pura Mangkunegaran, you can walk for 12 minutes or drive for only 5 minutes, so it's just right, no time is wasted on the road.
