The hotel is a bit far from the center of the city and the road in front of the hotel is always got jammed, especially in the afternoon-evening. However, the room was super comfortable for the price as affordable as that. Plus, I love the ambience of the room! Might need an elevator for the guests who brings a lot of luggage.

The location is really strategic for those who want to go to Dago or Lembang, but the front of the accommodation is always busy. Easy access to everywhere looking for food or places with lots of choices. The room is clean, the bathroom is really ok. The only minus is that there is no elevator. So it's a bit of a chore to climb the stairs, especially if you get to the 3rd floor like me🙃. But overall it's really okay. Oh yes, there was a deposit of 100 thousand but it was refunded again.

Disappointed with the staff, deducted 50 thousand rupiah because check out was at 12.20. Even though I said at 12 o'clock that I wanted to join the prayer first. If there is going to be a fine, the customer should be informed during check in. If it is an hour late, it is okay to pay 50 thousand rupiah. 20 minutes late, 50 thousand rupiah is unreasonable!
