Very good, will go back to stay again, very impressed with the excellent service.

I have stayed at many 5-star hotels priced around $700-$800, but this is the worst hotel I've ever stayed at. The room quality is only equivalent to a 3-star hotel, and the price is excessively high for what it offers. The room was not clean, the bedding was old and dirty, the staff were average, the furniture was outdated, and there were very few restaurants. Overall, both Khaoyai and this hotel were terrible. I will never come back.

Great hotel with beautiful surrounding places.

The receptionist need to learn more English because not attentive and not really helpful, nice room, breakfast was good, recommended! Will come and stay again for sure!
