This villa is easy to find via Google Maps, has a nice and comfortable appearance inside and out, a clean and fragrant interior, complete sleeping facilities, a PS4, and adequate cooking and dining facilities. Its strategic location with easy access makes it suitable for family vacations. However, there are several things that could be improved, such as the limited number of towels and mats, the karaoke facilities only provide one microphone without a backup, and the TV on the second floor is not equipped with an Android STB so it cannot be used optimally. Overall, this villa is comfortable and worth recommending, just need a little improvement in the facilities.

The villa is really amazing. 3 bedrooms & 3 bathrooms are all clean. Soap & shampoo are also provided in the bathroom. The kitchen is complete with cooking utensils & cutlery. 1 new gallon & 1 gas cylinder are provided. The refrigerator works well. Get free instant noodles, coffee and friends 😁 Fast wifi. I like the pool area the most.. because it is directly connected to the kitchen & family room. Every corner can be used for aesthetic photos hehehe. The room's AC is also all cold, nothing is broken. Came here to celebrate a birthday while taking pictures with my best friend. In the Villa area, it turns out that there are also many houses that are used as villas by their owners. So at night it must be crowded, but it's fun. I will definitely come here again sometime. Thank you Villa Kayana Pinus Batu :) Everyone went home happy 😊
