Stayed for one night due to a concert at Wembley, never used an apartment before as usually go to hotels but surprisingly this was the cheapest option! There were 2x packs of crisps, 2x bottles of water 2x cans of Pepsi, 1x KitKat and 1x small bottle of rose prosecco of which were complimentary waiting for us, I found this a nice welcome treat. The bed was massive and the mattress comfy which for me was great, I had a good nights sleep and the curtains blocked out all light. The TV had basic viewing channels which was fine and all amenities worked, there was also complimentary soaps and body wash/shampoo for the bathroom. The bathroom was clean and there was a fridge, kitchen, iron, ironing board, sink etc in the main room which were also ideal (I didn’t use any of these but they looked in good condition to me). Personally I found this better than some hotels I have been to and I would go again, this was also in a decent area.

I had a lovely stay the staff were friendly, welcoming, and very efficient, which made everything really easy from check-in to check-out. The room itself was very comfortable, clean, and tidy. While the décor isn’t quite finished to a high standard (a few rough paintwork areas here and there), it didn’t affect the overall experience. I’d happily stay again.

The front staff are really accommodating next time we come back we will try for sure to book it again.

Lovely spacious room for me and my daughters. Early check in given and we arrived to drinks and snacks. Excellent communication. A lovely place to stay in a quiet location

Friendly welcome and easy check-in. Accommodation was clean and comfortable if a bit worn in some places (cigarette burn on sofa bed) and also had a bit of a smell! Overall a very pleasant stay for a night.

Excellent location. Apartment was clean and had all we needed. Staff were very attentive, they gave us a welcome drink, complimentary water, soft drink and snacks. We will definitely come back. Highly recommended

Our stay here went very smoothly. We were contacted ahead of our check in date to confirm the time of our arrival. We were able to leave our bags with reception until our room was ready and the staff went out of there way to accommodate some of our needs. The room was clean and the stay was very comfortable. Communication was above and beyond!

Convenient and had the amenities I needed. Comfortable bed, in room sink and kettle, and they even gave free snacks and water.

Great stay Clan, tidy and friendly. Only downside was radiator would not turn off. And sofa bed not practical for two people extremely hard.

I was so pleased with the room and the service of the staff. The room was decorated nicely with a comfy king bed and a nice double pull out bed. They left little snacks and drinks in the room for us which was a nice touch. The staff were friendly and helpful. My friend was staying in the same hotel in a different room and the staff assigned us rooms right next to each other when we requested that. Great value for London and nice location.

Bathrooms were very untidy and the drains reeked of sewer gas. General cleanliness of the room was also poor.

First appearance of room was good. Several lights and switches didn’t work Ring marks on bedside tables and crusty stain on bed throw Location good , close to Paddington station. Parking at Hilton metropole was recommended but very EXPENSIVE

Good location and staff were friendly but the room was tired and grubby. Air con and more than half the lights didn't work. Windows rattled all night and you could hear constant banging around from the room upstairs. Good location for getting around but noisy area and windows were rubbish so you could hear people talking on the street outside. Typical London prices with very little quality.

Staff were friendly and visually the property is decorated nicely and is clean. However, the air on doesn’t work and the windows don’t open, the rooms are stifling. The toilet blocks and the shower didn’t drain. You can hear everything inside and outside the room. The remote controls don’t work even after the batteries were changed and there seemed to be tonnes of switches, for the life of me I have no idea what they were operating because I still couldn’t get the light to switch on above the bed.

Disappointing that the room advertised was not the room given. Was expecting an apartment with a seating area and more of a kitchenette. This was just a like a normal hotel room. Housekeeping, very slow on first day and on the last morning walked in whilst we were still in bed Without knocking. Reception staff not helpful

Last minute booking so to get a room like this for the price was lucky for me - the in-room complimentary snacks are a simple idea but well appreciated after a long day of travelling and work. Location is ideal, a short walk from all manner of places to eat or drink as well as being a stones throw from Paddington Station.
