Overall, The stay was lovely. Everything was nice, clean, staff were welcoming and helpful. Only thing was the view from suite 3 and the internet was out the entire time. We couldn’t watch anything on the TV which was hard on my kid! Would definitely recommend though!

Lovely property. The staff was proactive in sending all the pertinent information needed before we even arrived. The room was well outfitted with everything you might need. A great option if you need to stay in Tyler or surrounding area.

Great view of the jail and right next to a construction site that was power washing walls until 11pm. Walks between the rooms are paper-thin.

The hotel is ‘contactless’ . There is not full time staff. As a woman traveling solo it’s uncomfortable . The property itself is beautiful , rooms large . There was no mention in the listing that there would not be someone there .

Cute hotel, great location, friendly staff, nice room, seemed like it was recently renovated and they did a good job, comfy bed, not big but it was spacious enough if you’re not spending an extended period of time in the room, so overall, and nice one-night stay.

Never saw any hotel staff. No one cleaned the room or brought fresh towels or fixed the shower which flooded the bathroom.

The room was nice with the sofa/kitchenette. But prior review referencing noise was accurate. We were in an upstairs room and you could hear the party going on in the lobby/bar. Adjacent room TV was audible through the wall. It wasn’t so bad that you couldn’t sleep but an inconsiderate neighbor could easily ruin your stay. There’s a reason they supply ear plugs…

It's a boutique hotel in Tyler, Tx with 8 rooms. It is not the upscale hotel one would expect for $300 per night. If you are looking for a hotel in the heart of downtown Tyler and you want to experience the downtown life without having to drive back to your hotel after a night out, this is an option. However, it is no more grand than the other Hilton/Marriott hotels in the area that are half the price. You'll pay for the convenience of being downtown. PRO's: Cozy hotel, comfortable bed, hardwood flooring, suite options, convenience to downtown attractions, bar options on hotel site until 10 PM, friendly hotel staff, quiet CON's: No elevator (2 floors), carpet in bedroom was slightly dirty, water stains on bathroom counter and grime on soap dispenser, water stains on living table, continental breakfast only offered KIND bars/products and coffee, no one physically on staff late at night, parking. Again, you're paying for the location, but ultimately this is a basic hotel room.

No elevator was a real inconvenience. Also a better system to assist with bags would be a plus
