I didn’t like the smell of the room and the WC didn’t work. The bed sheet was dirty.

Muy bueno para pasar una noche , cerca del aeropuerto. Muy amable en la atencion. El aire funcionaba perfecto. Sàbanas limpias, es sin ascensor pero me ayudaron a subir y bajar .Por el precio es muy conveniente.

The location of this hotel is far from ideal. The room was clean and bedbug free. There were absolutely no amenities. The door lock was very difficult to open or close. There was no working WiFi(although advertised). The shower had cold water only. The noise from the street and nearby establishments was so loud it was impossible to get a good nights sleep (and I was exhausted). English was very limited. The person on the desk was very helpful and obliging. If it wasn’t for him this experience could have been a whole lot worse.

The area sourrounding the hotel is very sketchy, a lot of noise from the street.

The towels and the bathroom was terrible, other than their courtesy of the attendant which was very pleasant, the property is a no no.

No hot water. Water presure at the shower is almost none, hard to get a shower. A Cockroach went under the door while door was closed. TV remote receiver sensor was not working, so no TV. One good thing... very close to the airport.

Language was an issue. But place was good for only one night stay.

Great hotel for a quick pace to rest your head.

No hot water, very little shower water.

It wasn't what I expect it for the price and because they said they are located in Punta Cana, which it's not true. I didn't feel safe, not hot water, room very noises, not clean, the sheets very poor condition, not recommended to anybody.

There were no sleeping sheet in the room. I called to the front desk but no one helped I was force stay awake the all night because of the noises around the hotel and the horrible smell of the room. Couldn’t take a shower , the bathroom was terrible.

Zero customer services ... They charge you for everything like towels or cleaning your room and no hot water ....

This a great place to stay. Friendly staff not to far from airport

The staff is always helpful, and attentive to my needs. That includes, the front desk, and the Bar/Restaurant staff

Overall very clean and quite close to PUJ, but poor service (they give us a key to a room that was occupied), useless shower (broken head, no hot water), very poor noise and light isolation in the room.

Wasn’t able to stay. Overbooked and I had to find another random place to stay in the middle of night. The guy in the reception did help to find something.
