Not to far from centre minami station Lots of shops and restaurants nearby Like Starbucks, daiso, uniglo etc There’s some bars within walking distance. The staff were very helpful and some have very good English. Check in and out was quick and efficient. There is a free ice machine on floor 3 and a coin laundry on the 4th floor

Tokyo, Japan was an AMAZING place to visit. So many cool places and the food was delicious.

It was easy to access the train station. Although this was a budget hotel, the price was great. It was clean and had room service like any other hotel. If you want a better room, then you have to pay more for it. But for people looking for a budget hotel in the area, you can count on this one.

Super quiet neighbourhood, quick walk to train station. Nice sized bathrooms. Quck check in/out.

Stayed here to be close to a friend, and couldn’t be happier with the experience. Check in was smooth (we don’t speak Japanese so sometimes a worry!), the hotel is nearby public transport and convenient shopping, and all the amenities we required were readily available. Easy check-out and great staff.

This hotel is amazing! This was my second stay, and I'll probably stay here again sometime soon in the future! Affordable, clean, great in-room air conditioners, quiet (I couldn't hear noise from any other guests throughout the entire stay), and the check in and check out processes were very streamlined!

I love the staff. They try to accommodate us. The rooms are nice size and comfortable. This is the best value of all. I love Chisun Inn Yokohama Tsuzuki!

I stayed here for four nights, and it's one of the best hotels I've stayed at! The room was clean, was more spacious than expected, I couldn't hear anything from the nearby rooms, and check-in was super simple! The walk to and from the nearby shopping areas and subway station was simple and didn't take long at all. Altogether I'm very pleased and will definitely be staying again!

Non-Japanese must show their passport to check-in. Japanese citizens don’t have to show any ID at all. A receptionist asked a female guest to show her passport and said 「日本人でしたか。失礼致しました」(Oh you’re Japanese. Sorry for my rudeness). I’m non-Japanese. I felt uncomfortable.

Very convenient place to stay.

It might be better to stay at toyoko inn nearby than this hotel. Room fee is almost same but toyoko inn has free breakfast and newer.

駅から徒歩5分と近く、都内や横浜などへもアクセスがいいので、立地は申し分ないです。 ホテルの横が公園と大きな病院なので、部屋からも緑が見え、夜は静かでした。 室内のサービスはコーヒーカップとケトルがあるだけですが、泊まることだけを目的としたビジネストリップや、価格を抑えたい長期旅者などにはおすすめです。
