2nd time at this property. Room now had AC. This properry is perfect!!!

We booked very last minute and only for one night but I wish we had been here longer. Excellent location, the breakfast was the finest we have had in Colombia and the waiting staff are beyond attentive. The room was clean and comfortable. I genuinely cannot find fault with this lovely hotel. I would certainly return and I highly recommend staying here.

Large, beautifully designed and maintained property— both landscaping and architecture. Vistas of the water and access to it are excellent. Very clean. Very comfortable. Excellent food and service. Staff was kind and helpful. We did have a plumbing issue in our room. But staff attended to it immediately and fixed it. Proximity to the Piedra del Peñol couldn’t be better. It’s a bit outside Guatape, but readily accessible via Tuk-Tuk.

Excellent property, close to La Pierda del Peńol. We enjoyed a night here. Took a boat tour from the dock. The staff is very helpful. I highly recommend this hotel.

The place itself is beautiful and the staff are nice. A lot of small things just didn’t work, it seemed like they weren’t ready for visitors. The worst one was the AC, which for a place this expensive you would expect to work. They also charge a crazy amt for playing on their paddel court, which was just weird.

The hotel is nice and the rooms large and confortable. Unfortunately, the room hot tubs are on the balconies and you may get loud guests disturbing your rest. There should be enforceable times at night the tubs to be shut down.

Spa , feint desk and restaurant team was very nice and great .

I can’t even explain how beautiful of an experience my best friend and I had at Tau House. From the walk in to their in house restaurant (10/10), their front reception that was so accommodating, and their amenities, our experience at Tau was nothing short of magical. The pictures don’t even do this justice. I would recommend to all my friends. Only thing I would warn others about - and that’s for Guatape overrall - is to bring sweaters and fall clothes.

El sitio muy bonito y el servicio bueno. El ruido de los helicópteros pasando continuamente puede ser un poco molesto. Tambien se escucha musica de los locales vecinos. La comida muy buena, pero creo que por precios similares se consiguen mejores hoteles en el sector.

From check in until check out the experience was wonderful. The ambiance, the staff and the food were all above expectations. My only regret was not staying longer! This hotel is definitely worth spending time visiting as the lake and community were incredible!

A nice hotel with many good components. In order to match the room and other asking price, consider these minor additions to match the experience with the price. 1) Add wash cloths for use in the bathroom. 2) Include 4 ( not just 2) coffee capsules in room 3) Consider wall decorations ( paintings, or some kind of art). There does not appear to be any in the entire hotel Since the asking price is on the upper end of the scale, consider these minor adjustments in order to match the price.
