Booking via Expedia was denied by the hotel although Expedia email confirmation was received. Hotel did not reserve the room for me. I was stranded and could not find any other 4-star hotel nearby with same price.

Customer service was horrible, we asked for toilet paper and it took them overnight to have it delivered. Front desk tried to collect payment again when it was already prepaid. Short of staff and unprofessional customer service
