The electrics are illegal one plug socket with extension running off it look out off our window to a yard with all junk in ceiling paper ripped and originally they put my wife and I on second floor with sheared facility when I was Garten red a first floor room as my wife can’t do stairs as she has COPD shared facilities when we are 76/70 respectfully also booked as b&b no breakfast supplied no mention off no breakfast when booked

Overall good but bathroom not inside the room just toilet and barely close the toilet door when sitting down, good view and good balcony

It was a clean bed for the night, which is all we needed

Run down and seen better days. Very poor facilities in bedroom.

The hotel was more like a hostel. Not very friendly, not as per photos. Did not enjoy the experience kept awake by the guest upstairs banging and walking past the room we were in Tried to go to a takeaway which was closed supposed to be high season. Very disappointed so came home early. Not a pleasant experience at al.

Not once in the whole week they change bedding o even got the rubbish bags empty

No wardrobe or bedside tables

Room was like prison cell , you open the door and there were old style sink in front. Shower was badly painted not cleaned. Paint drops all over the showroom. Toilet door didn't close at all .old window did not close properly. Very bad with cleaning as well. Bad experience.

The bedrooms were outdated and grubby. My daughter and her husband's room didn't have a wardrobe only a clothes rail. Their toilet door didn't close properly. We only saw 2 members of staff neither of which were managers. Photo showing lounge area not what we saw.

Clean. Good temperature. Nice bathroom (Savoy, make sure that you get enough air in so that it stays nice and not get damp). Bedroom clean, beds comfortable (not the highest quality but perfectly serviceable). Carpets are ready for the museum (downstairs) but clean and probably v good quality.... just old fashioned. We had sea-facing rooms and with the window open the motorbikes on the seafront were a bit noisy. Good TV choice.

A veŕy sad 2 days

For the money was lovely, snelt great, supposed to be a queen bed, only got a small double, but for the price to get youre head down was lovely.

With a passable rating I wasn’t sure before arriving but it should have a higher score Reception staff was fantastic ,great location ,great set up Only small niggles is it needs more plugs in the room and it’s a few flights of stairs with no lift but otherwise fantastic for the price

Lets be honest, it is a very old hotel with evidently no money being invested in it, old carpet, old furniture, issues with windows closing properly and in a poor state. Heres the thing, i stayed there last minute and they guy at reception was polite and efficient, nice guy. The room was clean, bed and bedding comfortable. Parking is limited and at the front of the hotel, i had no issues with this. Not a romantic place at all although the 4 people next door seemed to have a lot of head board banging fun, not the kind of place you'd complain about noise. All that said, clean, safe and comfortable. I would consider staying again, you get what you pay for here and its cheap so set expectations accordingly.

Can tell they are slowly updating building, beautiful sized room clean and tidy large bathroom fitted with walk in shower

I left wensday it is disgusting people fighting foreigners on Monday night at ,2 in the morning l had my chair against the door being by my self 51 stairs to get to my room big ladder up to the attic out side my bedroom it's a discrass how you let people go in there false information states b/b

Was very poor quality no lift and room was up two flights of stairs roomwas not good window would not lock bathroom was down a hall way shard by several rooms shower was up another flight of stairs not accessible if you have arthritis
