The villa is clean, the place is nice, there are many sellers passing by the housing complex, the location is easy to find, only suggestion for the bathroom door is to fix it, it is difficult to close both the 1st and 2nd floor bathrooms... overall it is ok

The place is strategic and comfortable. And the environment is comfortable. Also provides food, there is a menu list. But I just found out the next morning. There are also food vendors who go around, from satay to meatballs and various fried snacks, bread or milk. Suitable for family vacations.

The check-in process is also okay, the key is already in the box in front of the house, just waiting for the password to open the box. The villa admin is also helpful and friendly, fast response, top deh. Maybe just need to be updated for the kitchen facilities. Still can be added for the pan. Anyway, thanks ya.

The place is quite clean, but the furniture is a bit worn out, so it's a bit dusty. The stairs are also a bit steep and slippery. There are lots of mosquitoes and insects, but insecticide is provided. The water heater is only on the 1st floor. There is only 1 AC but it is divided into 2 rooms and with the air around it being quite cool, it is more than enough. The wifi is a bit troublesome but the staff are very agile in fixing it👍 The view is quite beautiful even though it is somewhat blocked by other buildings. For a price that is 50% different, it is quite good

The villa is nice and clean, highly recommended, but unfortunately there is only 1, it has noisy neighbors, it's also called a villa. If you get together at night, that's normal, it's normal to be reprimanded by neighbors for being noisy, even though it's far away, and besides, you don't use the karaoke facilities, you just chat. Of course, it's just a simple neighbor.

Overall good in terms of facilities and cleanliness, bed, fragrant pillow sheets, karaoke, refrigerator, cooking utensils, dispenser, LPG cylinder, complete gas stove, and most importantly the environment is very quiet, maybe what needs to be considered again is the cleanliness of the cutlery in the kitchen, because on average it smells like cockroaches, so before we use it, we wash it thoroughly first. Many food vendors pass by in the morning and evening, at night it is very cold so there is no need to use AC anymore, I will miss traveling to Batu city again and staying at the Bromo 30 villa again 😊

Seneng nginep di sini. Dengan harga under 300k dapat 2 kamar, 2kmr mandi, kulkas, tv peralatan masak dan lain-lain. Dekat musium angkut, alun-alun, dan enak banyak orang jualan makan keliling di kompleksnya. Villa bersih rapi wangi, cuma mines di air panas aja nggak nyala. Semoga segera diperbaiki biar tamu lebih nyaman lagi

Walaupum sudah tengah malam admin tetap menjawab telp ketika kami bingung cari lokasi. Untuk tempat ok unt keluarga kecil dapat harga dibawah 300rb. Da 2 kamar, dapur lengkap, ada gas cadangan juga. Banyak penjual makanan dari jam 6 pagi dengan harga murah meriah.

Rumahnya bagus kok. Cuman satu aja kekurangan nya kamar mandinya kotor. Closet kuning-kuning shower bercak-bercak putih. Dan pas kesana tuh pas ada rumah yang lagi renovasi jadi berisik. Overall peralatan lengkap ada galon juga.

Villa lumayan bersih, kamar tidur nyaman dan banyak penjual makanan, lokasi strategis, air galon serta elpiji cadangan sudah disiapkan. Namun peralatan memasak perlu diganti soalnya wajannya lengket, jaringan wifi tidak stabil, di area dapur terdapat banyak kecoak, karpetnya juga perlu diganti. Air panas di lantai atas tidak berfungsi.
