The impression was deceptive, when we arrived at our destination, the owner said he was not collaborating with Oyo. The name of the villa has also changed, it has been renamed Villa Strawberry.

The name of the hotel in the Oyo 91830 Hotel Gemilang 2 application, when searching for the location, the name has changed to "Villa Strabery". When checking in you are not asked for an ID card or where you are from, the price in the application is different from that at the location. When checking out I was asked for money because I didn't cooperate with Oyo info. The original price is 350-450k in cash and then Traveloka will pay 🙂😃. The advice is that before checking in, ask the manager for the price when checking in. The hotel location is on the hill. Hotel name on aps hotel gemilang 2 but in the area its name is villa strawberry. The price on app is different on location so don't pay or stay before you ask management because different price on app.

The hotel is not clear, I have repeatedly searched for the hotel location and couldn't find it until I used Google Maps but it says on Google Map that the hotel is permanently closed, so why is Traveloka still active? I asked for a refund but it was rejected for no clear reason! Please, if you want to stay here, think about it first, this is from my personal experience on 06/12/2024
