Everything was fine except it was a bit noisy at night because there was a bar downstairs.

The bathroom is not very clean. The faucet is leaking. Some of the plugs in the room are broken.

Stayed for 2 nights at the first building. The shower was lose, the furniture was full of dust, two of the room lights were not functioning, the AC unit at the balcony was noisy, and the floor was full of stretch marks. Used to be a great iconic Cuba-themed hotel, but I still look forward to it 🙏🏻.

- The hotel is located on a small road from Pattaya Road. This is an area with many hotels, but it is in the middle of a residential area, so it is quite convenient and feels safe. There is a public laundry in front of the door (put coins in the machine and follow the instructions). There are many supermarkets around such as 7-11, mini BigC, Tops... Walk about 2km to the beach. - The hotel is new, beautiful, impressive design, consistent style, with many beautiful photo areas. The room is quite spacious, fully equipped, modern and new. The room door will make a noise if it is not closed tightly, so it feels safe. It would be better if there were bathroom slippers. - My family stayed in 2 rooms. When checking in, we requested to stay in 2 adjacent or opposite rooms. Because there were no adjacent rooms, the staff arranged for us 2 rooms opposite each other. However, these two rooms belong to 2 different blocks, in the middle is the yard of the hotel bar. It's okay, because this yard is not too big, but I thought that facing each other, there should be 2 rooms symmetrically on 2 sides of the same hallway. - The hotel staff is very friendly, supporting guests very enthusiastically and effectively. Overall, my family had a satisfactory experience here.

Decent, new boutique hotel. Cute style and concept, even serving a shot of Rum on check-in;) Stayed here a few times already. Decent value, rooms and comfortable, good bed. The one (super) annoying thing is the DJ booth at the bar downstairs playing insanely loud music until late at night, even with a total of zero customers. Given that this bar is located in the atrium the sound travels straight up and basically makes you feel like you're in club, even when you're back in your room ready to go to sleep.
