Honest review, the location of the inn is on the 3rd floor. The 1st floor is for motorbike/car parking, it is not well maintained. The 2nd to 3rd floors are quite different, go up the stairs and then on the 3rd floor there are many rooms. The interior conditions are okay and well maintained, clean, the AC is cold, the sheets, pillows, bolsters are all clean. There is a TV but it is not used too much. The intention is to stay overnight to rest after the Niki concert. Overall it is good, the guard can be contacted via WA. Btw the guard's position is in the room near the receptionist. If you access BCIS, you can gojek or walk back (because it is one way), but if the road is a bit quiet, it's scary, it's better to gojek at night. Then there is also a canteen that sells food and Miana mart next to it.

The place is quiet but safe because there are guards and the gate is closed at night so you have to confirm with the guard if you want to go out until late night. For the price range offered, it is in accordance with the place provided. Clean rooms, clean bathrooms, electricity, AC, shower head, sink and toilet also function well. Friendly service.

Recommendation for backpackers. Small but comfortable and neat. The AC is cold too. When I first entered it was a bit doubtful, just go up, room on the 3rd floor. It's really good, the staff is also friendly.
