Ashley Tang has consistently been my go-to hotel whenever I’m on a business trip to Jakarta. The location is strategic and incredibly convenient for meetings in central Jakarta, even though access can be a bit tricky due to the narrow, often congested road and limited parking space. During my most recent stay, I had two notable concerns. First, there was a constant humming or buzzing noise—possibly from a generator or AC unit—coming from either the upper floor or a neighboring room, which slightly disrupted the otherwise peaceful ambiance. Second, water from the shower area was seeping out into the sink area through the bottom of the bathroom door, likely due to suboptimal drainage. Despite these minor issues, my overall experience remained positive. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and attentive throughout my stay, which made a big difference. I would still recommend Ashley Tang for business travelers looking for a centrally located hotel with warm service, while hoping these small technical issues can be addressed for an even better experience in the future.

The hotel is strategically located, close to the city center. Located in the Sabang area, Central Jakarta, so it is easy to find food. The hotel staff are all very friendly to visitors. The dimsum is delicious.

The location is strategic and nearby a lot of food options and mall. For the meal, it was ok nothing special. Please be mindful of plastic usages and will be good if stop using it and become environmentally friendly hotel.

I had a pleasant stay overall, the service was excellent, and I really appreciated the convenient location and great visibility. The lobby fragrance was also a lovely touch that made a strong first impression. However, the soundproofing in my room was quite poor. I could clearly hear conversations and noises from the neighboring room, which affected my comfort. Additionally, the breakfast buffet felt underwhelming, with very limited options compared to expectations

Strategic location. The room and interior are modern. Located in Jalan Sabang and near 24-hour restaurants such as Hokben and minimarket.

The room is quite ok, clean and comfortable. As a suggestion only for the breakfast menu which should be added with variations and improved taste.

Loved my stay here. The room was small but the upside is they had a smart tv which is great seeing that i dont have to watch pre-selected content. Overall lovely stay and really nice staff

First impression of this hotel, fragrant. Suitable for those who want to rest in the middle of the city and have to do activities again the next day. You can wash and iron clothes too, so your trip is more concise because you don't need to bring a lot of clothes.
