Room is ok, staff is attentive

The electric car waits for a very long time, waiting for the car is like begging, the first time going to a hotel and being banned from taking pictures, holding a camera, they reminded me to pay 3.6 million for 3 hours of taking pictures or 6.5 million for 3 hours of taking pictures if I don't stay, why didn't the hotel initially announce the rule like that from the moment the guest checks in, they completely forbid customers from using cameras to take pictures so I could cancel the room and get a refund right at that time.

The food is great, the staff is polite, and they resolve problems quickly when they arise, but the first request is to avoid letting guests stay in areas that look out at construction sites, which is very unpleasant for the residents and creates a very bad impression. The second problem is that the air conditioner in the room, despite adjusting the temperature many times, still lowers the temperature by itself. My wife was cold for 2 nights and couldn't sleep well.

4* Resort, I see the reviews are also very good, but I guess I'm not lucky, my experience for a 4* resort like this is quite bad - Beautiful architecture, in the center, convenient location with a spacious campus like this is very ok - The room is in a villa so the soundproofing with the hallway is very bad, the sound when opening and closing the door is no different, the guests in other rooms talking, pulling suitcases,... can be heard very clearly, at 11pm the guests in the next room invited each other to go karaoke and heard it so clearly that my baby woke up while sleeping - There is another problem that I really don't understand, the road leading to the main reception door to pick up and drop off guests is allowed to park for a long time, after having breakfast buffet, if I want to take the tram back to my room, I also have to take the initiative to go another way so that the tram can pick me up easily, because a 45-seat car is parked right in that path, parked for a long time, when I checked out, I went to do the procedures, my husband took the car to come, the situation was a taxi was parked, even the taxi was open trunk, sitting in the trunk for a long time without any staff reminding, my family car drove right behind the taxi, but the driver refused to drive away, causing my car to have to back up, to go another way, because backing up downhill, my husband accidentally drove far away towards the entrance, the security guard reminded me, my car drove the way he reminded me was right, this was my fault (but because I accidentally backed up because the taxi was blocking the way, not on purpose), he reminded me right but it made me wonder if the entrance was controlled, but the cars parked right at the main entrance of the lobby, no one paid attention to manage???? When I finished backing up and driving, I saw someone come out to remind the taxi??? I feel like the resort has a problem with the division of work, hope it will improve - One more thing, is the resort staff (I don't want to affect anyone's specific work so I won't mention it specifically) started talking and invited my family to buy a DL specialty??? I feel that going on vacation at the resort is really annoying I think the resort should retrain the staff

Everything was fine. Except the staff attitude was terrible from the reception to the waiters at the restaurant. Disrespectful and rude talking to customers.

Awesome experience!!! My family of 2 adults and 2 children, I arrived very early (6am) planning to leave my luggage and go have breakfast but unexpectedly the receptionist was flexible to let my family check in early. Thanks to that, I had a very comfortable trip. The hotel grounds are very well taken care of, playing French music around the garden made me feel like I was walking in the poetic French countryside. I really can't describe the wonderful feeling when experiencing here. Thank you Mercure and all the staff for giving me a memorable vacation.

I was in room 5032, the phone broke from the first day of my stay until the checkout was not repaired, every time I went, I called the hotline number and waited for a long time. Especially with room price > 3 million, 5 star hotel but birthday guests and wellcome don't have any cake or extra service
