Enjoyed staying at this place

I booked a villa apartment, the room description said it was for 4 people with 2 double beds. But actually it was 1 double bed & 1 single bed so it only fit for 3 people. I asked for an extra bed but was charged 100 thousand.

Arriving at night, there was no staff to help carry the suitcase to the room. The rooms are located upstairs. The rooms are clean. There is a telephone inside but there is no information to contact the receptionist, room service and others. The wifi password was also not provided. So maybe you have to go downstairs first to ask again for all of the above. The room was never cleaned. Breakfast was a bit late, the plates and trash were not cleaned. For the next day the used breakfast plates (which still had food) were outside but until we arrived at night they were still outside (not picked up). When checking out, we just found out that to clean the room you have to request it first (this was not stated at check in). All the information should have been given at check in, including the telephone number and others that can be contacted. The shape of the cottage is cute, there is a small swimming pool for the public (guests). The breakfast is quite good. The parking lot is also quite spacious, the only problem is that you can't go up and down the stairs because from the parking lot to the cottage you have to go up quite a lot of stairs.

The service is good and close to our destination location.
