The stay was amazing. My only complaint is the upstairs bedrooms are very hot. The AC doesn’t reach up there.

This property has everything we needed. It's in a very quiet neighborhood and walking distance to some good restaurants. Short Uber ride to the stadium and other touristy areas. Hosts are super responsive and friendly.

This property was awesome and we were super satisfied with our stay. The game room was a big hit with our kids. The house has central AC (rare in Philly) and has been totally remodeled with very nice bathrooms and updated appliances. We thought the main bedroom had a king bed so showing up to queen was a bit problematic, but the property contact was very helpful and we found a solution. Parking overnight is a slog, but we did find parking every night after a bit of driving around and getting creative. I appreciated how quiet it as considering it was a somewhat urban area. Overall, good experience and we would definitely stay again.

We had a wonderful time! The place was very clean and provided all the necessities and more. The interior was elegant and modern. Beds were comfy. Location was great! It was close to enough restaurants and bars. We didn’t use public transportation but Ubers for center city which plentiful. Kitchen was well stocked. Loved that there was an automatic ice maker in the fridge. Huge plus for us. And thank for the coffee. Game room was a big hit. Porch out back was very cute. Wished we had had more time to enjoy it. Communication was amazing! Quick responses and provided all the information needed for check-in and check-out. Definitely would recommend staying here in a heart beat. Thank you!

The property was beautiful and just like the pictures. What we really loved was the accommodations for our children. There was a pack n play , changing table and high chair for our baby , plastic dishes and plastic utensils for our toddler as well as books and a baby monitor if needed. Our toddler also loved the ski ball in the lower lever l. He woke up talking about it every morning. The unit was super clean and quiet. The beds were firm but comfy.I really liked all the attention to detail with all the matching fixtures and room designs. Our only complaints which we knew going in was the parking. But there were plenty of places to eat within walking distance which was nice and we felt safe overall in the area. Everything to visit in Philadelphia was abouit 15-20 minutes drive away. If we ever come back we will definitely look at booking this location again.

This place was perfect for our family while visiting extended family in south Philly. The house was VERY clean, exceptionally thought out, showers were nice, and the beds were very comfy. Our kids LOVED the arcade games in the basement. The location is very near the subway (making it very accessible to city center tourist attractions and also to FDR park/stadiums to the south) but still walkable to all the amazing bars and restaurants on East Passyunk. It was also extremely convenient to get to the airport. We will stay here again next time we are visiting family!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Stylish home. It was clean and most of the home had been recently renovated and updated. Since the home is tri level it adds privacy and space. It has beautiful decor, updated appliances, and comfortable beds. Great home for a couple of a family. The communication with Gabe and John was very good. They were responsive and timely. Terrific property with even better hosts. The property is spacious, bright, well-designed, and stylish. It felt like we were staying at a friend's place while they were out of town, and the hosts went the extra mile to ensure that we had a great stay.

Clean and spacious for our family of 4. Everyone had space to relax and enjoy our time in Philly. The place is a true gem.
