Nice hotel and relatively well placed to visit Milan, but quite expensive

Great service at the hotel. Staff were really friendly and location was brilliant!

Good location, nice rooms, parking, friendly staff

We stayed here for 2 nights and I would not recommend this hotel at all. Compared to many 5 stars hotels that we have visited, this is far overrated and will let you down. Main problem is service; we missed that particular feeling that only luxury hotels can give you. For £400 at night that is not acceptable. Some examples: 1- I asked for a hard pillow for my neck pain, and the reply was that I would be provided with one, depending on availability (!?). I did receive one, I was lucky enough! 2- Breakfast menu did not mention that eg some kind of eggs were available 3- one of the receptionist could barely understand or speak Italian or English 4-the glasses above breakfast area were covered with a huge plastic film likely because of leaks: that wasn’t a great view! 5-we were celebrating our anniversary and were not offered the bottle of Prosecco that the receptionist said was waiting for us 6- I had to wait a week and sent a couple of emails to Marco (front office supervisor), after making clear during our stay that we would expect a compensation. We were offered a stay at a convenient price after we told we would never come back. Brilliant!

Excellent stay

Lovely luxury hotel close to centre with helpful and polite staff! I went for a birthday celebration and they made my stay very special. Hotel is right next to santa sofia metro too so easy to get around milan.

I would definitely stay here again when I’m Milan! Close to everything by Metro or walking. It was a wonderful stay.

Check in was very easy and everyone was so pleasant. The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful, especially decorated for the holidays. I will be staying there again if I return to Milan!

The staff in the front desk was able to give us an accessible room when I requested for it. Room was clean and good size.

Great stay with great hospitality. Did find some dirty sheets but overall was wonderful

Amazing hotel, a short walk to the cathedral, the restaurant wasn’t open for dinner which was disappointing as we didn’t check in to late evening but had some great pizza by the cathedral. Rooftop bar was nice although drinks were limited and bar man a bit miserable. Rest of staff were great and allowed us to see the pool area after we had checked out.

Requested Twin rooms for everyone in our party. That was 3 rooms. Not one room they provided was a twin & when I contacted them via Expedia they ignored the calls!!
