La estancia estuvo excelente. No les pongo 5 estrellas porque hace mucho calor en las habitaciones y no tienen AC, así que no dormimos muy bien. Dejar la puerta del balcón abierta no fue opción porque sí hay mucho ruido en la calle y muchos moscos.

Overall experience was great - friendly staff, clean and easy access. Safe in the room should be bolted and sound proof could improve. Nice patio area and great looking hotel.

We spent the last 2 nights of our Mexico City trip here. Everyone from security to front desk staff were super friendly, helpful and accommodating. Our room was very clean and modern. We appreciated having the balcony to sit on at night. We also enjoyed the game room with the free snacks and drinks that were available 24 hrs/day. The hotel is in a really quiet area, but 5 minutes from delicious restaurants, the park and shops. We prefer to stay places that aren't in the middle of all the crowds, but close enough to walk and uber to where we want to go. This was perfect. Only downside is our neighbors in the room(s) next door came in super late and it was loud. Not necessarily any fault of the hotels.

It’s a great place to stay. Everything is close by and it’s situated in a nice neighborhood. Everything can be reached walking. The rooms are spacious and well decorated. Bathroom is has a great shower. I didn’t have air conditioning. Not sure if other rooms have. At night it can be a little hot in the room if you don’t want to open the door to the balcony.

Excellent property and the most helpful staff! Really made our stay a very very nice experience. I’d totally recommend this option for a nice Mexico City visit.
